Hi @DrRowe, I get bad pain behind my knee when standing and walking after sitting too long, there is also lower back pain, do you know what the diagnosis for this could be?
It’s oddly convenient how you’re always uploading the perfect video for what’s going on with me not every video just like every time I have something going on you have a video for it. Thank you.❤
this same thing happens to me, even when I’m not looking for a video, just always happens to be a video about what I’m dealing with hahaha, when I got told about weakness I have in a muscle I’d never heard of before, I went on UA-cam a few hours later and saw this channel had just posted a video about it
It feels the same for me. But logically, I imagine there are a lot of these videos that popped up which, since I didn’t need them at the moment, I didn’t even register were there. We click on what interests us and ignore what doesn’t. I think that is more likely than Google monitoring our pain o’ the day😂 I still do one exercise every day that I learned on here, and it has me walking with zero hip pain. Thanks so much!❤
This man is such a blessing to me. I’ve been in so much pain. I finally DID something about it! I did so many of the exercises. I woke up feeling 80% better this morning! I just need to stop being lazy and do it! Thank you for your content. Healing ❤️🩹 people one video at a time.❤❤❤
Love Dr. Rowe's totally practical realistic exercises and stretches. Thank you for you clarity, common sense, encouragement, professionalism, and knowledge.
For real, I just spent the last hour, hanging upside down on an inversion table, rolling on a peanut....and you drop this. Thank you for all that you do, and the information you provide. It has been helping me figure out, why I have the pain I do.
For me you are absolutely the BEST! You explain all concisely, your exercises are very effective and I love the demonstrations which are easy to follow! A big thank you!
Whenever any of my old pains strikes, I remember to search through your channel first! I usually find the right video, do the exercises and it always helps. Thank You so much 🙏 & be blessed
Amazing. I literally went to the chiropractor yesterday for these spots in my back. It had tightened up so much it pulled my hips out of alignment. Thank you so much for this exercise (and the other exercises as well) it will help tremendously. ❤
Wow, I’ve never been this early. I love your videos! I’ve been dealing with chronic ongoing back pain since I was 11 years old. Your exercises really do relieve the tightness and tension in my lower back and make it so I can actually move fairly comfortably throughout the day. Thank you so much!! 🙏🏽
I tell everyone going to college to take Anatomy/Physiology I and II for their science classes. When you learn just how subject we are to causality; cause/effect all the way down to the chemical level, it's mindboggling!😵💫
I've had a blown L-5 for over 50 years, still work daily and just found, and subscribed to your channel. Hoping to use my phone on the floor to get started. Thanks Dr. Rowe, I'll be back for more.
I am back side swimmer for the past 8 years and I have been having low back pain for almost 3 years now. I tried everything to fix it including strengthening hamsting and glutes, streching my back and the surrounding areas, hanging from a bar etc. I tried everything on this channel too, read comments to find a cure. No luck.. Finally, the info presented on this video really saved me. I have been working on the " overlooked " muscle for a week now. The superman pose was too weak to activate those muscles for me so I needed a more powerful one than superman pose. I am using tuck reverse leg raise instead. ( doing it on a bench ). Also the strech in the video is quite effective.Pain is almost eliminated, sometimes here and there, I can stand much longer hours at a time, kneel and come back up without any issues. I can feel the muscles strength when doing everyday movements. Hope I will get muuch much better. Thanks Dr. Rowe
Do you have any recommendations for exercises for tennis elbow ? I know your channel is called spine care and I have watched several of your videos for my lower back pain and they all work!!❤
Thank you so much for your videos. They make a huge difference, I look forward every time there is a new one. I learn so much. You have given me hope. Which I haven't had in years. Thank you
Hello dr. I am your new subscriber from India-Kerala. Just 4 days ago I found this channel, follow ur exercises for hip pain and got 80% relief. Thank u soooo much dr for ur helping mentality🙏 You are a Gift from God❤ Any remedies for hypothyroidism dr.
Many thanks for an excellent series featuring stretching and exercise for chronic sacrum and lumbar oriented pain. I have been dealing with DDD and spinal osteoarthritis for roughly 25 years. I depend on several of your techniques and a number of others to alleviate pain and maintain mobility. I also practice mindfulness and meditation and use gravity traction and trigger point therapy as part of my regular routine. I was wondering if you have any suggestions or videos planned that integrate trigger point therapy targeting ITB, QL, erectors, psoas piriformis., etc…? Again, many thanks for your wonderful videos.
Dr. Rowe - My piriformis on the right side is paining me. I had abdominal surgery on 6/4 and haven’t received clearance from my surgeon to exercise. I have had sciatica and lower back disc issues and stenosis over the past 3-4 yrs. Can you advise me or provide a video to help me with this pain before I have a full blown sciatica attack? 🙏
Ive brushed off this lower back pain for almost 10yrs now, thinking my spring chicken ass would be able to maintain, haha thats a big fat lie. Take care of your back, kids!!!!!!!!
How the h%ll do I never have any problems with this muscle until a week ago, haven't I had a pop-up from this channel since a long time, and now me and my girlfriend DO have a problem with it, I get the pop-up!!! Insane. Plus I'm no newbie to the channel or other fysio related content, and this is literally the first time I hear this muscle's name. Insaaaane. Thanks doc.
Hey Dr. Rowe, I have sciatica and I watched your most recent vid on how to cure it and you say to only do the stretches on the side that hurts most however why is that?
I have the same pain but in the upper portion of the back instead. It’s been ongoing for 10 months, took 5 off came back fairly recently around 3 months ago (I think it’s that muscle, or maybe it’s the one further away from the spine)
Among the several back pain issues for this 92 years old man, is this: Because of decades of shifting weight to the right when walking, standing, sitting, left side is in awful pain . Just started being able to squeeze left buttock muscles. Muscles revert back to the right like a super strong rubber band. How can I correct this. Have seen multiple pain management specialists and physical therapists. Someone has to know something about this. Weight shift to right was due to severe pronation of left foot. I wear orthotics now, but the condition seems permanent?
Would you recommend these movements with a lateral shift? I’ve been doing side glide laterals and it’s not helping. As soon as I get done gliding and take a step my back locks back up.
I used to do almost all of those in my physiotherapy after my back surgery. I had to pull myself back up from paralysis and I made it, so I guess they work. 😅
Sir i have pain in all of these places where you shown in thumbnail..but sir at this moment i can't move for these exercises which are you shown..i laying straight after that too i feeling pain everywhere you shown in thumbnail..and in this condition i can't move my back even one inch..😰 Please tell me what i do in this situation..my doctor is stupid where i live in a small place..he only say lay straight on hard bad for one week..but aftee 3 days i feeling completely in pain and stiff totally.. Please tell me what i do..can i do your exercises anyhow? Or just lay straight in pain as dr told me..?? Please reply sir because i always your videos..🙏
@@DrRoweThank you Dr. Rowe. Will do. By now I have consulted a PT specialized in lower back pain. He examined things thoroughly and said my small abdominal muscle and my small back muscles should take more of the load. Currently they are not which causes all larger muscles involved to over compensate, hence the stiffness, pain, loss of stability and compromised breathing..
Why does it hurt to lift my leg back. I have herniated disc l5s1. I stopped but don't understand exercise for herniated disc hurt. I used to do all this so easily. My muscles got so weak. Can't bridge or plank either
I have a lot of scar tissue in this area 4 weeks after a slipped disc and can confirm that it does cause a lot of instablitity in the spine. I'm out of pain but things still very unstable in lower back. I'm doing things as though still in pain and this helps stop the spikes of instablitity when the back is not happy with a certain movement. - Thanks once again!
Ive seen many of your videos. Ive done a few of these. Ive recently reherniated my s1 and the l5 if im not mistaken. In that area. I camt cough. I cannot engage my core for itll cause severe pain amd spasms. Im missing work and am the sole provider for my family. Im desperate. Which videos would you recommend?
Please go to the hospital and have a check up myself for last one year i was doing these things from internet once i got sever pain and i had a stone in kidney and my kidney started swelling plz consult a doctor😢

Thank you Dr Rowe. Do these exercises require a mod for a posterior pelvic tilt? I know my scoliosis doesn’t help things either. Thanks again
Hi @DrRowe, I get bad pain behind my knee when standing and walking after sitting too long, there is also lower back pain, do you know what the diagnosis for this could be?
I got a "weak back", I'm not sure how it happened but I got it about a
"week back".🤪🤡

I do some of these exercises in Pilates and Pilates has helped my lower back pain more than anything else!
Thanks for the information my back has been bothering me wonder if that will help
True. Same. Also water running. Both are gentle for back when done correctly. They were recommended to me by several physiotherapists.
As soon as my lower backs a bit stronger , I'm on it. Once again many thanks Dr Rowe😊

Wow. I have this since yesterday, but how to know if its muscle or disc bulging? Thank you so much 🙏☀️
Best advice is to get it looked at by your local doctor or chiropractor.
In either case the "medicine" is the same. Bulges are treated / managed with core exercises and perhaps also medication.
Wow, how is this showing up when I need it😮!
Appreciate the explanation. I’ve always seen people talk about the Superman, but have never actually heard its connection to the multifidus.
Nice informative channel. You earned a new subscriber.

Should I do it super slow or I can do it quick?
Is this connected to sciatica?
A weak multifidus may lead to bulging (or herniated) discs, the main cause of pinched nerves and sciatica. So YES!
