Ty dr❤❤#2 hurts me .most things do..my lower body is off not set right and a lumbar herniation....also I have hip pain or so joint idk, something in those areas what do I do so I can squat again 😮? Bless you, I have done most your exercises but I feel my pelvis is tilted forward or something is not right.i can't do and because it strikes nerve pain in my bladder or something weird..tips Dr?❤❤❤

Oh, I needed some ideas and you just saved the day. Spasms have been hitting me for two years. I helped a friend for 5 months with a building project and I still have at least 25% of the spasms still going. I have a tennis ball so perfect timing with the video. 👍

Your videos are petty much helpful for me ,as I'm a patient with history of instrumetatation and fixation L4 L5 __4 yrs back. I'm getting pains occasionally, rather frequently. It would be boon for me sir. I'll be do on my own pace. I'm a retired nurse. The way you explain, hat's off 😊. I saw this when it was recently uploaded like five minutes ago, but at the time my shoulder pain was more important. Now we’re going under this thanks Doc you know us so well.

Thank you! I know I've neglected to do these floor exercises do to an injury when I literally slipped down a flight of stairs last March and injured my tailbone, ankle, and my hips. It took a long time to heal but I get really stiff and ache in my hips if I'm on my feet too long. I hope these help along with my Chiro visits.
I have nerve joint and bone pain not muscle pain muscles are easy to manage through hot tub and massage but the pain that I'm having is deeper so I don't believe that most of this applies to me although I've been doing it but I have not seen any relief
