      I have pain across my lower back and my right hip and thigh. I walk with a gangsta lean to the right, which is probably making things worse.

      If there’s a c curve/scoliosis with a hard mass, hiromsaid is muscle, could it be the multifidus muscle?

      @@DrRowe hello there everyone who are recovering from back or shoulder pain, I have one idea worth to try for more muscle strengt and support and it is Fred Rollons chest expander exercises. I have done these with small resistance for 1 year ( 7 days exercise/ 5 days rest / 3x10 sets)and there is no more shoulder pain.Good thing in chest expander is that You have total control of resistance and it allso build some muscle.

    I've been dealing with this pain since the 22nd of July (it's now the 12th of Aug) . Went to the doctors, got meds, etc. It kept getting better but next day felt like a reset in progress and it took me 5 to 10 mins to get up from a chair or bed. I follow this one video during my lunch break and I can walk and stand from a seated position like I just did a light workout. This is night and day level of I can walk around again. Thank you for this. Please note for others I'm not say to not go to the doctors. Go AND follow these guides for maximum results.

    Wow! instant relief! I've been suffering with debilitating pain for 3 days and contemplating about going to the doctor...well, I'm pain free now! and my muscle is more loose. I will keep doing it bbecause it really does feel so good! I can't thank you enough! thanks so so much!!!

    I teach chair yoga & senior fitness in a chair. Recently my usual chair was replaced with a higher, more cushion chair, which is causing pain in this area. I had PT treatment for same issue last March. It’s incredible How a chair will make this extreme difference. Your video was definitely helpful and also for my quadratus lumborum. I’m going to do these daily for my current pain. Thanks Dr. Rowe!

    Hi there every one, I have hopefully good news for low back pain. Ukk institute in Finland showed 4 movements combo that open the lock: 1) cow position 2) cat position 3) childrens pose position 4) dog looking downward positon. The point is to do these one after another in chain of movement. I had 2 month muscle based pain in low back and with this combo pain stopped. Hopefully this helps, because pain is very tiring.

      Hello everyone, here is you tube video for cat cow & dod looking backwars so you type this: alaselkä ohjelma: liikkuvuus harjoitus. It means low back program: mobility exercise. The point is to do these like chain of movements, like how you turn key on lock so to say. I literally pressed pain out with my fingers in dog looking downwards position. My low back pain was diagnosed muscle based. These movements take pain out by improving mobility. Hope this help and take unnessary pain out.

      Thank you my Finish brother. I was a bit tense in my lower back and started warming up for a workout. After lifting just 40 kg in the clean and jerk I got debilitating back pain and spent the past hour on the floor just in pain. Came across this video and tried your suggestion and now the pain has subsided somewhat that I can move around a bit now. I will keep up with these exercises and hopefully it will be gone completely. Greetings from a Swede in pain.

    I want to thank you for your great videos and giving your time to help people like myself. I had back surgery recently (Vertiflex) metal spacer. I'm starting to experience very painful muscle spasms on the lower back left side and it radiates to my left glute. I exercise at home and follow a therapy regimen but when I'm out and it happens, I don't know what to do. I have literally been in tears from the pain.... any advice??? Thanks again for your awesome gift

    Do you recommend Chairopractic care to shoulder pain and pinched nerves up on the traps I watched your shoulder neck pain video it was fantastic and I shared it, also I received a massage last week b4 ur video and it felt like 4 pink pong rocks tangled up in my upper shoulder as she was working deep tissue massage

      Hi. I've had debilitating pain , intermittently, for 20 plus year. Tried modalities, numerous specialists. Find a osteopathic doctor. Preferably one who recommended. Make sure the doctor is conservative in their treatment.

    Hey I have been trying to find some answers when my arms are down like on my waist I notice one arm goes inward around the shoulder but on the other side I couldn’t really find much about it but it’s like it’s not straight as the other arm and I have shoulder and arm pain that is probably from it it’s like I need to get my arms somehow to face more inward but it faces outward naturally I was wondering if you knew what it could be ?

    Hi there can you please suggest a way of me fixing my left shoulder joint to arm ? It hurts when I do press ups , if I put eney kind of pressure on it, like lifting weights or pressing the wall in a fly passion....it's like it needs clicking back in to Place. I have tried all stretching methods.

      @@expatjak potentially but the only thing is it doesn't shoot down my leg ? Its lower back pain and a random numb toe. The reason I think they are related is because they came on at the same time
