My uncle gave me his old pair of Taygo S2's, first time I'd ever even heard of this type of headphones, and now I basically never take them off. GREAT tool for helping manage my ADHD. People really should put more effort into advocating for these, both as an ADHD tool, and as a general Bluetooth headset for parents and office workers since they don't mess with your auditory awareness at all.
@@AlbertoGarcia-bx4nq 6 months in and still using them every time I go out, and he had them for another year before that. The usb port is getting kinda crusty but it still lasts ~6 hours of continual play.
I use open run pro for work. I work on building sites and these are safe to use listening music answering phone, but importantly I am aware of my surroundings.
This type of headphone has meant that I can actually listen to music properly because I'm deaf on one side and have an in ear hearing aid so I've always just worn one headphone in my other ear meaning for years I've missed half the song 😅 my husband got me these and I rediscovered music which was an amazing feeling
Love the fact that your daughter gave the wrong price order, to get you to agree to letting her keep her favourite pair on the condition of getting the correct price order, then when it came down to it got the order spot on. Not necessarily suggesting she conned you, but respect to her for a good con.
Been using my aeropex for over 5 years, I bought extra to always have a pair charged and ready. I take them on together with my glasses in the morning and take them off when I go to bed, I rarely notice that I have them on but people do sometimes comment asking if I have hearing aid 😅 Didn't know there are knock-offs out there now too though ^^ interesting to see how extremely cheap evilcorp can do them x)
I got a cheap pair just to make sure I like them. If I am driving with them I have found that I can't hear AT ALL. I think the road air noise should be the ultimate test.
I don’t care for Bluetooth so I bought some wired ones on Amazon. Mid range price. I still use an iPod with a 5mm plug. The ones I got we’re comfortable and felt secure. The issue was the really low volume. Poor sound quality. I had to turn my iPod up to max and the volume was just not there. I went back to wired Skull Candy or Phillips with ear hooks. Much better
Of these three, there is no doubt that Openrun Pro is the best. But in my experience, it's not the best. I've used Openrun Pro and Wissonly Hi Runner , and I think Wissonly would be better. It has higher waterproof level, 32GB memory, and can be used for both running and swimming. The important thing is that the price is lower.
Good stuff! I’ve always wondered about those style of headphones. I’m a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to audio stuff, but now I’m somewhat curious how they sound. I’ll have to make a trip to the store and test them out 😂
There is another aspect for me. I suffer from bad hearing but with the sound going directly to the bone, it jumps past the "broken parts" in my ear. I watched and read a lot of reviews and went for the Shokz, and I'm very satisfied👌 I get that you test for training, but I would have liked to see latency tests when watching video. I watch video on my PC with my Shokz and there is very little lag.
When I was researching them I came across that big use case, amazing for people with bad hearing. Not something I massively considered before but another great reason for them. That's interesting, connecting via Bluetooth?
@@alexreader yeah, I just got the Shokz Openrun Pro and they work great without annoying lag when watching videos too 👍 With earphones named like that, I guess I have to start exercising now, that's the only drawback😂 Edit: initially I wanted Aptx LL compatible phones, but latest BT versions are almost as fast so after some reviews I decided to go for the Shokz even tho I can't find any info that they support Aptx Low Latency.
@Benny Lloyd-Willner 🤣🤣 that's great. Fairly comfortable for long periods to compared to some others. Yeah time to take them for a spin on a little jog or something ha 💪

Cool review! Been thinking about getting a pair of these, seem much safer than the in ear buds. Might try out the mid value pair before jumping in the deep end. How do they fit with sunglasses, are they still comfortable? Cheers!
Thanks!! The middle pair are great. Yea fits fine with sunglasses and helmet. Definitely safer and I dunno about you but I've lost a pair of earbuds falling out on the bike 😭🤣
@@alexreader You should review the oneodio openrock pro and oladance open earbuds. Bone conduction make me dizzy after more than half hour and they make my penis soft. Thanks🫡
You forgot to mention a few things that are very important you maybe didn't know. Is it a real boneconduct, is it open ear, are they enclosure speakers (fakes)? Connectivity is important to. does they work easy on more than one device? Most important one for me is, wich has the best bass sounds? I have bought a few of them over the years, boneconduct glasses and headphones. The cheapest ones works ok but the sound sucks bcs of the lack of basses.,It sounds like a cheap mini radio.... Also I have a medical problem with my right ear. My right ear doesn't hear as good as my left ear. So if I use a REAL BONECONDUCT then I hear the sound equal over both ears as if I had no problems at all. For thiese ppl is boneconduct great. I say real bcs some chinese boneconducts are fake. A loudspeaker hided in a plastic headphone isn't a boneconduct. Some has holes in the plastic for the sound... again these are also no boneconduct products but opren ears. Watch out buying these products.
You the real MVP friend. It's hard to describe but real BC is like a magic trick. The cheapos are just having a little speaker near your ears - granted 90% cheaper. If anyone has reviews that discern real/not BC, that would be most appreciated I
That's the weirdest thing, I got a delivered yesterday!! Used them most of today already ha, definitely keen to try and swim with them. Have you got a pair?
@@alexreader I saw the bone conduction headphones when I was browsing the creative website. My wife hates the feeling of earbuds and her birthday is at the end of March, so that's how I ended up watching your video 😄. I seriously doubt that the sound quality will be as good as my earphones but my wife isn't fussy with that. How was your experience with the creative piece so far?
@takahirosg aha that's awesome. If she's not a fan of earbuds, bone conduction ones sounds like a great idea. She also won't be able to block you out then either 🤣 so far so good with the creative ones, bit more wearing to be done still then il give me review 😀
We really need to get over the idea that posh packaging is a good or desirable thing. Using high quality materials for a box that will be used once is incredibly wasteful and frankly kind of gross. We really need to stop glorifying this kind of pointless wastefulness
