1.Decent Eye contact and smile. 2. Nod when needed to affirm to other person. 3. Add a follow-up question over a fact/statement to continue to conversation. 4. Don't cross your arms. 5. Use hand moments over staying still whenever needed. 6. Copy other persons style such as the tone of talking to the speed or language if possible. ( To make the other comfortable) 7. Have your speech rate as per their convenience.( If they don't know your language well go slow. Or if they are in hurry, say it quick. If they take time to understand take it slow. If they like things quick speak it fast. 8. Be assertive over submissive(just say yes to all and speak less making them bearer of conversation for long time, hence uncomfortable )and aggressive ( people unable to have a conversation because of our denial or sticking onto certian beliefs or words ) Being assertive is being kind but also putting fourth your point or need. Unlike submissive where just agreeing or aggressive where just domination. 9. Avoid using phone when conversing. 10. Don't fidget ( adjusting shirt again and again, or with your fingers). It shows our nervousness. Even in a unbalanced power table, learn to hide or control your nervousness first by avoid to fidget or other ways of wierd body coping mechanisms.
Wow hand gesture really is a power way of communicating.Recently i made a video on my channel where only my face was visible ,some hand gestures would have made that video so much more entertaining . Thanks !
More on body language please, like how to stand properly, how to make other person comfortable especially with girls etc, really excited to know things about body language. I have started to read a book called "what everybody says".❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Meeting & speaking to people day in & day out makes you confident and you can easily make out what any person is going through. You can literally pre-empt sometimes what he/she is going to say next. Agree with Varun completely! One who's conscious of their body language can ace any conversation with most people.
Hello Varun Sir, Your advices are really helpful to all of us and those do provide us good results in our lives. We would love to keep getting such interesting and valuable content from you. 😊👍
Varun, could you do a video on how to research? Your research is solid and I would like to know how you do research/the best way to research about a particular topic.
maintain eye contact , nod heads , appropriate hand gestures, never fold hands , copy the way of talking, never be aggressive , rather be assertive , don't fidget (move fingers , looks like your are scared)
Hey Your video are too good but Just wanna tell you that please try to add sound effects and music as per clips (Some time your video feels boring inspite of your golden content). It will increase your video quality as well as help in channel's growth.
I am interested in startups , politics, new upgrades in technology, coding, history, literature. When read or study about them , time flies instantly. How can I handle them all along means is it possible to run a startup about technology along with studying about political science in college. I am now giving board exams of 12th. I am not performing well ( expected percentage =65 to70) . Should I aim for engineering entrances or pursue bca / bsc/ b.a. in political science or history? I have enrolled myself in a jee coaching but honestly I haven't study anything. I also hated the environment of coaching and to go there. I don't really want to take a drop.
if you are genuinely interested and know how to execute things for a secure future you should hear your heart and if not then you must try for a good engineering college and it's environment is very good for entrepreneurship and other stuff . its not only about engineering its about the people culture you get there
2nd question is that are colleges excluding top calleges (iit and bits) really worth it ? Will I get a job without college degree with satisfying salary ? ( if my startup won't workout.)
Trust me i am from tier 3 college , it is SHITTTTT!! As for jobs it depends what area u wanna go in but for Tech stuff u dont need college, skills is all that matters.
Varun, how be an extrovert from introvert guy, and how to make friend opposite sex gender for those their whole childhood cover in boys school! Thanks😄
