    Apart from skill related stuff, how an introvert can be good at networking ?
    Don't answer *just be an extrovert*

    • @sumitpawar000
      @sumitpawar000 2 роки тому +8

      Through interpersonal relations, and one on one discussions.
      Introverts mostly do not like to speak in a group of people or on social media. But they are really great at conversations in person or with close people. You just need to extend this network of close people.
      Do DMs, catchup on tea or coffee or beer. It sounds like dating 😅 but trust me the people with whom you bond with , you can have great career and technical discussions and discussions on very niche topics.
      Have a goal like one good addition to the network in one month.
      All the best 🙂

      Obviously you have to build skills. That's literally the first point of the video. However, if you hate what you do -- in the long run you will get beaten by those with higher career stamina, but doing what you love prevents you from burning out. Just ask a 20 year old sitting and doing assignments everyday.

    I am 18 and doing CA. But with advent of newer technologies i am bit concerned whether my job (eg. Taxation and audit mostly coz direct tax may not remain in futurr as in european countries, other problems etc) would become irrelevent to some extent. Can you make a video on how finance could be collaberated with technologies and skills which one should learn regarding this ?

      In India, less than 10% individuals actually file itr (Source - IT Department) . So, in coming years these numbers will grow. Also, taxation and auditing will be a big industry in future as we develop and become more regulated.

      @@sohamdeshmukh6535 Being a CA myself I can understand your worries, and I would not deny them. I also see the future going towards automation and most of the work being clerical (tax filings, auditing) will be automated. but Being said that there is an opportunity for you and everyone else who will look for it.
      Now, in few years, industry will require people with skillset who understand latest technology and trends (like machine learning, data science, ecommerce, web3 services, startup financing, content creator economy) or at the top of your own domain (in subjects like finance, compliances, legal frameworks, international business operations etc.)
      I would say why not both. Why you cant work for next 5 years being best at something in your curriculum (whatever you presently like) and align it with something latest in trends. For examples, you can learn about how DeFi works but also think of its applications. learn about how small ecommerce stores (drop shipping etc.) manage their finances and taxation (as they have multinational operations).
      Another suggestion would be to learn to be master at MS Excel (including financial modelling) + Automation based Coding (Python mainly) + Digital Marketing and Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
      If you can work in this direction with your next 5-7 years, I can assure you will be miles ahead than your peers.
