Wow, finally some realizes what wheel and tires that look good on a charger, great choice, hate those tall rims and low profile ones, charger needs a little fat!
I have magnum 500 with three bar knock offs 15’ inch but I also have the 14’ inch steel with the original deluxe deep dish wheel covers I want to go back to one day, but want a little wider 14’ inch rim and wider taller fat tire for it, white lines, so to go back to the original factory look with wider tires, I think on dropping the car 1’ inch will help.
Agreed! I absolutely hate it when tuning shops in TV put 20-22" inch giant rims on a classic muscle cars. It looks so out of place and stick out like a sore thumb from the otherwise beautiful curves and lines.
WOW brings teenager memories of my High School days cars being parked at the school early in the morning...I can remember a 70 Roadrunner lifting the two front wheels of the ground as he punched it of the line ...Sure as hell miss those days...
...that sound is a perfect alarm clock, I still remember the high school marching band's cadence equal to this, our band teacher loved that sound also. He wanted to hear decibels from my snare drum not no tap, tap.
Perfect wheel set up on this and love that hot for teacher cam just singing away the 68-70 chargers are one of my favorite cars of all time and this is a beautiful example of one
This sounds so good it almost brings me to tears. I play this clip over and over again almost as meditation. It helps me relax, or it helps me focus and get fired up. It's one of the most beautiful sounds I've ever heard. A true 8 cylinder symphony. Magic. I don't know what Cam you were using but boy it's lobbed out nicely 🇺🇲👊🏾💪🏾
The 69 chargers and Super Bees were awesome 👍🙌 I remember when they first came out . I saw a a super bee rolling down the street of my hometown and my jaw dropped....so goddamn awesome look8ng 🙌👍
Very similar to when a large radial engine starts. Weird how the timing phases in and out of sequence - for want of a better term. A work of art. Thanks.
That form of communication sounded like it came straight from the Angelic realm of perrrrfection.. I had a beautiful sounding Malibu back in the day top notch balanced and blueprinted 4 bolt main 350 with alot done to it and it had a beautiful lope as well.. Right on bro 😎🤟
Before there was classic muscle, there were just Mustangs, Corvettes, Barracudas, Firebirds, Dusters, Super Bees. Detroit steel. You can figure out the rest. Awesome job and sounds ready for anything. Standing still or going fast, it’s a work of art and forever automotive history
Reminds me of when my Dad left for work in the morning and came home in the afternoon! I could tell from miles away when he was on the way home 😍 I had the most freakin awesome Pop ever! I’m working on my tribute car to him a 1969 Super Bee 🐝 couldn’t afford a Charger! But she’s got 750 HP NA matte black paint, just had a 6 speed tremec magnum manual installed and upgraded brakes and waiting on the Hotchkis suspension to show up to complete the deal. I posted a video of her chopping it up with full exhaust, she’s loud! Never gonna sell her!
Badass beauty notting can compare too the most iconic american muscle car ever 68.69 and 70 charger's forever ..greetings from ireland and thank you for sharing this beautiful badass beautiful charger..👍👍😎😎✨️✨️🤘🤘🇮🇪🇮🇪🙏🙏❤️❤️
I was 17 in 1975. My first car was a 1969 Dodge Charger 383 Magnum with 56,000 miles. I paid $1,200 for it. My monthly car payment as $67.00. I owned it for a year and a half and sold it right after I graduated from high school in June of 1976 for $1,000. If only I could turn back time.
Sounds like that car comes with its own group of drummer boys to announce its entrance.
Nah this one is its own drummer boy
It sounds great
The neighbors just love this car.
I was waiting for hot for teacher to start playing
Lol
If I were your neighbour, I would be sooo envious of you every time you start the Charger.
Man, that machine is perfect! congratulations!
You spelled neighbor, wrong… Just saying
@@CorvetteStingray1969 no he did not. Don't correct other people, when you don't have your own spelling right.
@@CorvetteStingray1969 Thats The British/Canadian way of Spelling it. You are both correct
@@matiasdun6599 i wouldn't be envious I want to take a hell ride Lol
As a drummer I definitely need this car.
I was just going to say it sounds like the intro to “Hot for Teacher” 😂
@@ChrisJones-pi5mh Exactly my thought too!
Me too, I used to have one 🥁
a percussion masterpiece
But you have to idle everywhere 😂😂
That’s sound takes me back to my youth, Very nice looking Charger, nice rims and tires
You were a drummer in a band?
Wow, finally some realizes what wheel and tires that look good on a charger, great choice, hate those tall rims and low profile ones, charger needs a little fat!
Same!! I’d put some good ole steel hub rims like how they had em back in the 70s
Agree ..need real wheels and tyres ..!!!

I'm getting older now and really starting to appreciate muscle cars/sounds. This shit started to sound like a marching band drummer
For real 0:49
Or a galloping horse! 🤔😍
Fr huh😮
Sounded like the intro to Hot for Teacher
@CellPhonzRockEnterprises
That intro to Hot for Teacher was sampled from Dale Pauldie's T/F dragster during an engine warm up.
You know this car is a beast when it shakes the ground in every direction around it. Awesome machine!
That’s not a car. It’s a Marching Band. BEAUTIFUL
Saved this to the, "Cars I need" Playlist
Literally. If I die without ever having owned one of these, imma be pissed
@@georgecharleston2597for real. Or at least just getting the chance to drive one.
I save here>❤
I'd resurface his driveway if he let me play with it for a weekend...
Yup. I’m not greedy, I only need one. 👍

Sounds like rock n roll on wheels. Beautiful
This is the kind of neighbour i want.
This also works as a goodnight lullaby tune, and a very happy wakeupcall.
Best sound ever👌
The car is awesome, but the 3rd time I watched it I noticed the filthy garage door, nasty driveway, uncut grass and trashy backyard. No thanks

one of the toughest looking cars ever made. looks like it would kick your ass, standing still.
Hell yeah
This is the best V8 sound I have heard so far !
A 69 charger with a 68 grille. Unique and still a mouthwatering car...

I’m hot for teacher!
The lope on that cam makes the hackles on the back of my neck stand up!! 🤘
Perfect!
Love the synchronized thumping and classic wheel/tire combo!! 👍
When your car sounds like the beginning of Van Halen’s “hot for the teacher”, you know it’s a wicked ride 👍 Mopar!
😂 great Analysis
As a fellow Charger owner (1968 w/440). You win. 🎶 😮 🎶
Good god.
Perfection.
How the exhaust shakes the camera!!! music to my ears!!!

I'd love to see more build progress on this Charger! It sounds awesome!

The best sound on UA-cam
Absolutely perfect looking charger the wheel and tire combo are spot on! And that chop is insane!
Man that ride is audibly and visually gorgeous.

I remember firing up my rebuilt 1972 400 in 2006. What a sound, reminded me of NASCSAR. Well done sir.
Best commercial for Optima red I've ever seen. Started faster than I blinked.
Probably my TOP dream car. I don't know why but the old Chargers are AWESOME to me and I want one so much.
A '69 with a '68 grille.
Anyway, American muscle and my dream car.
Nah, it's a '70.

Music to my ears would be a gross understatement. Amazing how it changes tune and rhythm. That cam must have one inch of lift.
That is nothing short of beautiful. Wow.
Who needs an alarm in the morning for work when you have this guy. 👍
Looking good and music to our ears.
Back when cars had RHYTHM. So good, cars sounded like something magical.
That's a great looking and sounding, Charger! Those wheels suit it!
Holy shit, this car is insane. Made me smile at 2:30. Thank you
That is one badass looking Charger !!
My god, SOMEBODY who has some taste in rims when it comes to Chargers!
That’s playing some sweet music in my ears brother. I had a 68 and I put a 440 in it. Mine didn’t sound that nice but it flat flew 😊

A magnificent looking car. The engine sounds fabulous. 😏🇬🇧🇬🇧
The sound. Something a electric car will never be
What a great sound.
please we need more videos of that beauty!!!
Beautiful! I had a 69 RT with a 440 Magnum engine, sold it, I was 18 and stupid!!
Why does it have a 68 grill though? Sounds bad ass, gorgeous car!
He probably swapped it from the original 69 grill for a cleaner look. Some people don't like that middle part of the 69 grill.
Thank you
MOPAR have always sounded the best! Pretty sick Charger brother! =)
