    Just getting to this after a crazy start of the year. Kudos on all your knits - you were very prolific. I wanted to comment on your moon set tee. I love the color and the color looks good on you. It softens you a lot and it’s a bit dreamy. If you ever decide to “fix” the piece… I would suggest removing the sleeves. It has a drop shoulder so it naturally has a sleeve cap. I should remove the sleeves and either do a couple of rounds of ribbing to give it a bit of structure before BO or just BO. I think a cap sleeve is all it needs. On the bottom I would add a few more rounds of ribbing in a tighter gauge/ smaller needle and then BO. It just needs to be tightened at the bottom. With so much time and yarn invested it’s worth trying to fix it. IMHO.

    Dad sweater is going into my knit list -- so cute! Haven't even made a channel yet but did film my first video and we have the same chaotic energy so I enjoyed watching this and knowing I'm not alone 😂

    For the Moon Set tee that you don’t love the color….have you considered overdyeing it? I’ve done that with several of my knits (I’m a yarn dyer) and have been glad I did. Color is everything.

    Having a criteria, of a designer being size inclusive, puts a lot of pressure on designers. My mom is a visually impaired knitter. I wouldn’t think of boycotting all the designers who don’t use bold black large print. I’m sorry, but this cancel culture needs to end. I’m choosing not to follow people who display cancel culture wording. What ever happened to love thy neighbor and do unto others! I wish knitting Podcasters would stop calling out designers for not being size inclusive.

      Hi Gabriele, it's important to me to make a note when I share about a pattern that is not size inclusive so that viewers of mine know that about the design. I'm comfortable making the choice whether I'd like to knit it or not on my own, and encourage others to do so as well.

I’m always buying patterns and then being disappointed because the sizing isn’t advertised before purchasing and I’m specifically looking for a certain size or as a new to garment knitting I haven’t gotten used to the patterns that come in sizes 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 and haven’t had the time to sit down with a measuring tape to figure out what size I should knit if I want to knit a sweater for myself or someone else. So including as much information about what the patterns contain size wise is important to me before I buy a pattern to try or plan for future knits because I am just starting out knitting sweaters. So far I’ve knitted raglan style top down for myself and my 1.5 year old niece. I have a few patterns for knitting sweaters in pieces to be sewn together or to be worked down-top or color work too! So thanks for all the info you provide. It’s helpful as I start my journey.
