Late night insomnia using UA-cam as a soporific. I saw your review of the Icefall and thought "ooh... now, that's nice." then you showed the "Nitro" and I thought "O.M.G. Where have you been all my life?" _Exactly_ my cup of tea... er... coffee. Headed over to this review and that sold it; I could not not get this pen. It's a ridiculous amount to pay - I previously thought the Studio Neat Mark One was expensive for basically a nice looking metal refill holder - but I found a retailer in my country and just bought it there and then. It's the morning now and I don't have any regrets about my dalliances last night.
{Update} It's arrived. It's quite heavy(!) but satisfyingly so. Great colour palette. Initially felt odd with the grooves but now I'm used to it, it just feels good. Happily, it takes pentel energel refills (which I prefer over pilot G2) so it is now writing in a smooth, dark brown line. Just a lovely pen.

That there is a mighty tasty version of a great pen. I agree with you about the color. G2 mini?
Mine is the standard/standard size. I should get a mini one of these days, though, but I worry it'll be too small.
i wonder if the Parker-Style Refill Adapter work in the silm ones，and can i use a gelion refill？
I don't know, actually. You'd have to ask Tactile Turn about the adapter. I had to look up the gelion refill, but I think it probably would since it's Parker Style.
Is the diameter of the slim the same for the length of the barrel? Or does is slightly flare like the standards do toward the tip?
I had never noticed the flare! I measure the standard as between 10.2mm and 10.6mm and the slim as 9.3mm-9.0mm. That's a very subtle flare, for sure.
