- This ink was sent out for review by a viewer, and it's great! These Taisho Roman inks are all pretty great. I have several of them now, and I can't wait to try out more of the collection. Classy Burgundy is classy, indeed! It looks great from wide nibs and also from the Sailor EF that I used it in.

This ink line has me in its teeth. I have a bunch and they're just all so good. They all do something interesting visually except Salon de Violet which allegedly sheens but I haven't seen it. Its interesting trick is lasting for weeks in my finickiest pen with no trouble at all. And I'm not usually a box keeper but they all look so nice that I am doing that. I used to make fun of FWP fans for being so impressed by packaging and I guess I have to stop now that an ink sure has my number.
I’ve always loved burgundy inks a whole lot. I have a handful that I’ll always love, use and re-buy.
I had never even heard of the brand that you talked about here. The burgundy that you reviewed here is fantastic - and I’m going to search for and buy it. And look for a green and a brown, too.
Btw, the Sailor and Lamy pens were a major distraction. Both are extremely stylish and desirable. I wish I had them myself. I’d certainly buy both if I saw them anywhere for sale.
I'm a huge fan of Teranishi inks, night time soda and nostalgic honey are my current favorites but I have every intention of buying one of every color they make. I also got one of their glass dip pens recently, it has a very small sweet spot, but when you find it, it writes beautifully.
I decided the same for diamine inks.
It was a mistake, I think... I have over 100 so far. Good job that the 30ml bottles are cheap!
@@mattsadventureswithart5764 I think I’m at about 14 Diamine inks but I’ve only got 4 full size bottles. They make so many nice colors, it’s hard to not want to collect them all lol
collecting all of the Diamine inks is a HUGE task. I've got a whole lot of them, and I know I'm never going to catch them all.
I love me a good burgundy
And this one is CLASSY.
Nice review (o:
Guitar is quite far ahead of the bunch as my favourite ink brand; I love them so - my favourite they make is Lady Emerald - which one is yours?
It might be Lady Emerald, too. I haven't used all of the ones I have yet, though, so I can't say for sure. Antique Black is great, as is this Classy Burgundy. I'm bad at picking a favorite!
I have many cat foot and butt smudges on my notebooks. 😅

What is the name of the book you are transcribing?
It's called "The 99% Invisible City" by the folks at the 99% Invisible Podcast.
@@inkdependence thanks, I found it on Amazon at a great deal
