You filled my my pre jowl sulcus area and it made such a difference, it also lasted for over 2 years. I recently went to a clinic around the corner from where I live out of laziness and they filled the same area but it didn't fix the slight dip that I was trying to correct, so it basically did nothing ):
😱 shame shame! 😂 JK, let’s hope they see this video and step up their game. Please stop in at our new clinic anytime and I’d be happy to help you out. Take care and thanks for the feedback.
So impressed , I wish I could have You fix my lines I can see that an injector really needs to be an expert and extremely cautious How to find one in Your area ? Too many here would not be close to Your level of expertise
Amazing information Dr. Daniel! Would you mind telling me the ml amount you frequently use on each of those injection points? Thanks in advance and greetings from Perú.
@@danestheticsmedical Hello could you do a video about nose filler and safety. Fun fact: i Saw a doctor going through the nasolabial angle just where upper lip and columella join together isn't that dangerous ? Can you please answer and explain. Thank you.
I had filler for first time for my marionette lines - one side looks especially lumpy & side-on looks bad, to the point I want to wear and scarf to cover it. Is this filler gone wrong?
Thanks for the video Dan, as always is very didactic and helpful. I would like to do the treatment in my marionettes but I live in Marbella. Do you know anyone in Europe that you trust to do so? I wish I could go to Canada but it’s a bit far. Many thanks in advance

I had a plastic surgeon fill in my marionette lines over three years ago. Awesome job. He used Juvederm ultra and I still don’t need more.
Where was that thank you
Do share who was the plastic surgeon and where is his clinic/hospital thank you.
How many units did he inject

@@danestheticsmedical yes I've learned my lesson 😋
What is the depth of the cannula and how much filler do you put in the entry point and the rest of the marionette?
I have seen videos using a cannula. What is the purpose? And how does that inhibit a VO from happening. Thx
Brilliant video Dan ❤
Excellently presented , thank you from the UK.
Can you please make a video on the marionette filler with the needle love your videos thanks for making them❤️

I hope you could explain further why the lower hollow filling is needed please. Thank you
This area is a real issue!!! I've spent a lot on it this year!!
Great approach. Would have liked to have seen before & after with an actual patient.
Thank you great video.
Is it possible to aspirate with canula? I suppose - not...
Will PRP work as a filling component in this area?
What size of cannula would you recommend? How deep would you go in, Superficially?

Hey Dan. Are those vessels superficial or deep ?
Mostly deep, but they vary here, so I prefer using a cannula.
Id like to ask please how deep should we go in with the cannula? Thanks
What size of cannula would you recommend
dan is giving; young justin timberlake! 😊
Can you hyperdilute Radiesse/bacteriostatic 1:2 to make it a medium g-prime for your marionettes?
Thank you for that !!!!
You're welcome!

Hello, Where is your medical office located?
Ottawa
We stay superficial wth needle to avoid hitting artery
You can definitely use a needle. No guarantees on the depth of the artery.
What about fat?
What plane are you in? Superficial or deep?! Thanks!
