The black hole scaling and World splitting Cleave are very inconsistent techniques , atleast the speed scalling aspect of it.
First of all Kenjaku knows Yuki and element of her curse technique, and Kenjaku has a specific counter to Yuki’s techniques. Kenjaku was more than prepared to avoid the Blackhole.
Secondly, JJK’s speed feats for its high end characters consistently scales to hypersonic- lightning timer plus range of speed, especially if you include all of Maki’s scaling.
(Maki is atleast Relative to Sakuna with either 15 or 20 fingers)
In my honest opinion even on the higher end Sakuna is never FTL.
The most accurate scaling of speed for Sakuna is around lightning timer plus. A good example of this is the Kashimo and Sakuna fight. Most feats in that battle are lightning timers especially if you take the statements in regards Kashimo’s speed into account .
The most accurate AP for Sakuna is Large island-continental . He easily splits the ground and form deep trenches . So from the imagery alone, it’s a continental feat. The statement “Destroying the world” is very vague in context of the JJK manga.
Most of the imagery and consistency points towards Sakuna being at island - Continenta level AP .
Conclusion: Most consistent accurate AP of Sakuna in my opinion is Continental, and for speed Sakuna is around lightning timer plus.
All psychics has the ability to touch souls and exorcise them in the Mob psycho universe,
so Mogami can basically just touch Sakuna’s soul directly using telekinesis and game over for Sakuna. Its just that Mob psycho characters counters curses in JJk in general.

Domain expansions are contentious because there’s arguments it’s more of a mental plane and not real. The black hole feat is also disputed as no one scales to it and the idea gojo is superior to everyone in absolutely everything is a fallacy to the point he needs to scale to it just cause he’s the strongest doesn’t mean people cant be better at certain things Yuta has more curse energy, hakari heals faster, Miguel is better in short burst etc he’s just the strongest of them on average barring a literal suicide attack otherwise gojo and sukuna should be universal via yorozu creating a perfect sphere and they’re the strongest (that’s the slippery slope) . Relativistic jjk literally can’t be a thing otherwise sukuna and everyone else who scales would be able to land a black flash at will cause it’s mhs+ speeds to land it by luck (it’s 0.000001) and to a relativistic character that would be easy to land. so jjk has a speed ceiling unlike most verses.

I personally think planetary is consistent. Not only because of the two statements you mentioned but they also hypothesize that the merger could be planetary, but still dont think thats more threatening than sukuna (not saying sukuna is definitively stronger than the merger just this hypothetical ides of it)
