I think due to the specific nature of cursed techniques, existence of viable techniques when trapped in a domain & the nature of domains, that Mob’s powers wouldn’t be shut off like a sorcerer

base mob is just him holding back he can use his full power at any time he just gets worse at holding back with more emotion
mob having to hold back is the reason he is so op. him hiding his powers and emotions as a result of childhood trauma(hurting his brother and some bullies). This caused his powers to tie to the extent of a emotion he feels at a certain time which is visualized to us as his 100% counter. He cant use 100% unless he feels an emotion this intently, regardless of the emotion
@panini1292 that's actually incorrect, his outbursts are his full power true (well kinda) but the precents we see are nothing except a clue to when we can expect the next outburst but even being at 0% isn't really mob being limited to a tiny fraction of his powers and it's not some fixed mechanical progression it's emotions mob can go from 0 to 100 immediately or have months without an outburst or switch between different emotional outbursts it's just not actually a scale.
Also yeah only situation where he's truly all out is with ???% which can just scale to anything the 100% outbursts did and more like just manifesting new powers on the spot
@@feritperliare2890 i mean what is demonstrated in the anime is that whenever smtg happens to cause him to feel a certain emotion the meter goes up and it only ever goes down when he has a differing emotion. While i agree that he can use a much greater extent of his powers at the time then what the meter says i still think the fact that his emotions limit his power is a very real assumptions

For me Mob's greatest feat of power when he fixed the school that turned to rubble after his fight with the guy he made bald. I don't know of any anime showing a character being able to undo damage they made to their surroundings. In theory Mob could undo the damage he did to the entire city at the end of the manga/anime.
You forget at the end of the series Mob finally accepts his ???. Now he has control over all of his emotions. He's the strongest in his verse.
the thing about mobs powers is that they were so powerful because of the separation he put on them from his own personality. Now he is most definitely more free to use his power but i doubt he has the firepower we see from ???

??? is him going all out, imagine Izuku when hes using full cowling 5% compared to when he used to destroy his arms whenever he punched at 100%. Izuku always had 100% of OFA in him but only used little bit of it to not hurt himself, mob limits his powers to not hurt others.
and the percentage for Mob isn't his power meter like izuku, but his emotional output ae: how much he is giving into his emotions be it either anger, sadness, happiness etc.

high ball sukuna and gojo cannot even stand against her the sheer gap in terms of.... every aspect is too big, she is lowball multicontinental in ap, ftl+, can withstand attacks on multicontinental level, can bypass infinity as she can generate her telekinesis powers straight up inside people if not she can just lob both of them into space and keep them there, both gojo and sukuna are small country in ap, ftl, city level attacks can severely injure them, the only saving grace they have is gege pulling a sukuna technique specifically to kill tatsumaki havent used since heian era, and gojo infinity giving them few seconds to make peace with whatever god they pray to. also purple

Mob does indeed stomp the verse, but the black hole scaling is weird, Its literially just Yucky adding so much mass to her that she colapses into a black hole, Its a logical scientific thing that happens when something has too much mass and colapses into itself. No character in jjk dcales to this scientific phenomenon.

Psychic powers actually have nothing to do with emotions. Mob just usually holds back and the 'progress towards mobs explosions' is how close he's getting to having a breakdown and therefore no longer holding back. Its not a transformation its just him using his normal full power. ??? percent is him going into an unconscious split personality that is just more destructive.
After the series finale he confronts these issues though, so now his 'base' form is always as strong as his 100%
Psychic powers are based in emotions tho, multiple people in the series say that, like Mogami
