@@lenkatricky I just watch some videos on UA-cam on the different exercises to do when you have frozen shoulder. So I did those exercises, I also took tumeric with black pepper extract capsules and Advil PM pain pills as well and just waited. What really helps to get mobility in your frozen shoulder is to do the mobility exercises that deal with frozen shoulder. If I had of done those exercises sooner my frozen shoulder wouldn't have lasted as long.

I would add that I find a daily 'turmeric sunrise' very good for inflammation. Half teaspoon turmeric powder, hall teaspoon ginger, teaspoon apple cider vinegar, teaspoon lemon juice, teaspoon honey, add hot or cold water as preferred. Bon appetite.

I don't drink that bottle junk from the grocery store. I drink smoothies, which I also make at home. I eat fruits and vegetables. I eat quinoa. I eat more crucificious vegetables like spinach, kale, brocolli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, etc.. I eat lentils like kidney beans, chick peas, black beans, legumes, cantaloni beans etc.. For protein.. I drink herbal teas and plenty of water and I limit to I cup of coffee per day usually. Sometimes two. Soda is very very rare and only on special occasions. I have cut out refined sugar and refined flour. Most of the time

I agree with it all!! I am on the powdered collagen like you showed and you can only do so much with it and it has a good amount of calories and if you add it to something else you could be looking at 90-400 calories depending on how you use it. Thank you! Patrice(The wig I’m wearing) was not a favourite and women let me know so I switched back to my regular hair.

Kari do you have concerns that the collagen uses chicken? Considering you don’t eat meat? I’m plant based and am hesitant to use it because of the cartilage

NOPE! Collagen is animal based. I don’t eat meat but I will take this particular collagen forever. I am seeing marked improvements. They do not kill animals to source their collagen. They use the chicken sternum from chickens that have been used for consumption. These chickens are humanely treated from specific reputable farms in the US and Europe. The collagen is also gmo, antibiotic and hormone free.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I was curious because animals are now being injected with all kinds of toxins. Good to hear you are seeing results. Am curious to try it myself.

My latest peri-symptom is super sensitive skin. I am used to being frugal in terms of skincare and toiletries. This week my skin and scalp started reacting badly to my usual genetic drugstore products, so yesterday, I racked up quite a bill to replace them with products that are specially formulated for sensitive skin. My peri-skin is less itchy and dry today. I also got a collagen supplement; Webbers Naturals Collagen 30. The tablets are bigger than I would like, as dry mouth sometimes affects my swallowing. Have you tried that one?

No I was using a powdered collagen that was doing nothing so I switched to a liquid and love it. I hope it works for you.
