Me too, prayers and clinging to God's words, and His promises help me a lot when anxiety attacks. Thank you also, @kariAnnwright, for sharing all your experiences. You have helped a lot of women, including me, through our menopausal journey. Romans 8:28 your purpose serves us. God bless you and your family always 🙏🏿 ❤️

I know what you mean..I just turned 50 today and I was going to get out.. changed my mind at the last minute.. don't feel like it.. maybe soon .. but for now I will stay in bed .😮
YES, YES, and YES to all of this. All very true. I'd like to add: Never ever compare yourself to other women, they way they act, feel, look, behave, in the years of change. It is a very individual, personal, and unique journey for each woman. And whatever you learn, whatever bits of information, knowledge, wisdom, you come across, take what resonates with YOU, and leave the rest.
Thanks Keri, I really needed to hear that. Recently I found myself staring at my wedding picture and longing to be the person I was back then, I felt so much grief and sadness but I need to move on and reinvent myself as you suggested. Keep those videos coming much love to you Keri God bless you ❤

Googling my symptoms has really helped me know I am not crazy. Like super itchy deep inside my ears!! LOL And other various weird symptoms. I am feeling defeated lately though. Thank you for your videos. I almost just cried watching this one.
I’m having such a hard time with perimenopause. I had my one and only child at 37 and I felt my body age 10 years over night! I started perimenopause the year right after giving birth and it took me a while to realize what was happening to me. Thank you so much for your videos, they have helped me realize I’m indeed not going crazy and that what I feel is normal. The most bothersome symptoms for me are fatigue and anxiety attacks. It’s so hard to deal with these while caring for a little one.

Changing my diet, walking cutting out sugar and eating lots of veggies really helped What happens in menopause?
I'd like to ask a question of you. I'm in my last year of menopause. It's been about 7, 8 months since the last cycle. Doctor says I am in an office now ? The last six months my legs and my arms have been aching. Like deep muscle aches. Did you experience This? It is so bad. I felt like I couldn't walk... I'm eating healthy, limiting sugars, good fats, good meats, good vegetables. Taking all my supplements... Not sure what is going on. Doctors can't seem to find an issue... Except with this heat wave they did say I was dehydrated but had adequate electrolytes. I'm not sure if it's menopause making extremely painful or if it's actually something more insidious. I think doctor and the ER thinks I'm going out of my mind... Almost so bad I thought I was going to have to quit work. Please let me know if you had these issues in addition to all the other hundreds of issues
Hi Kari, I truly appreciate all of your videos, I was having a bad day and struggle with all of these. Things really do change with everything.. I also need to do better with all of these too especially not putting myself last, I feel at times my loving children grown up are rude and unappreciative adults..I never thought it would be like this. The videos are informative and give me hope❤ ty
Kids can be very self involved even as adults but I’ve been making my son help out more around the house so I’m not as overwhelmed. He grumbles at times but he helps now.
I had pmdd so I got on the bc patch for 3 months. I took it off when my period should have started and so far so good. Milder symptoms than before. Not to speak too soon. I haven't gone through ovulation yet, should be coming up. I hope my racing thoughts and severe depression doesn't come back. My anxiety is back but not as bad. Please pray I stay functionable... worst comes to worse I'll have to go back on the patch.
