Socializing is very stressful to me, people judging you, or talking about their problems, other people, etc I rather share time with my beloved dog and exercise, work, read etc I really enjoy doing that :)

YES, YES, and YES to all of this. All very true. I'd like to add: Never ever compare yourself to other women, they way they act, feel, look, behave, in the years of change. It is a very individual, personal, and unique journey for each woman. And whatever you learn, whatever bits of information, knowledge, wisdom, you come across, take what resonates with YOU, and leave the rest.

I’m having such a hard time with perimenopause. I had my one and only child at 37 and I felt my body age 10 years over night! I started perimenopause the year right after giving birth and it took me a while to realize what was happening to me. Thank you so much for your videos, they have helped me realize I’m indeed not going crazy and that what I feel is normal. The most bothersome symptoms for me are fatigue and anxiety attacks. It’s so hard to deal with these while caring for a little one.

I'd like to ask a question of you. I'm in my last year of menopause. It's been about 7, 8 months since the last cycle. Doctor says I am in an office now ?
The last six months my legs and my arms have been aching. Like deep muscle aches. Did you experience This? It is so bad. I felt like I couldn't walk... I'm eating healthy, limiting sugars, good fats, good meats, good vegetables. Taking all my supplements... Not sure what is going on. Doctors can't seem to find an issue... Except with this heat wave they did say I was dehydrated but had adequate electrolytes.
I'm not sure if it's menopause making extremely painful or if it's actually something more insidious. I think doctor and the ER thinks I'm going out of my mind... Almost so bad I thought I was going to have to quit work.
Please let me know if you had these issues in addition to all the other hundreds of issues

I haven't gone through ovulation yet, should be coming up. I hope my racing thoughts and severe depression doesn't come back. My anxiety is back but not as bad. @@CYndibabII had that issue but it was Not related to perimenopause. I had my daughter but I think the way I delivered her it caused some issues with my uterus and possibly my bladder overlapping somehow. I can actually see that low area swollen if that makes sense to you... Also noticed my ankles would swell as well....
I did exercises which sometimes helped. Sometimes I could actually feel it flop back into place if that even makes sense! It took years for me to get over that.
I did go to the OBGYN for a couple years about it but all they would do is feel around inside and say it feels good. Feels fine. You're basically crazy. Yada yada.

So I know the requisite is 12 months with no. But I guess if your doctor tells you you're in menopause, that's a differentiating factor?
