After twelve years of caring for my father, his last doc sat me down and showed me the road map, consisting in the end of 41 meds, just how the pathway of chasing symptoms ultimately killed him. I started my health journey that very day. Thank you for sharing your wisdom.
Theres no way each doc prescribing have knowledge of the interactions of all 41...plus the calls for expert pharmacy care as well...but many dont, thet just fill the script...I understand
300 was the number I always had come to mind as far as things that were controlled by magnesium so this is a tremendous increase I found was never addressed …this is very eye opening and has broadened my knowledge especially the interaction with pharmaceuticals at 70 I am not on any drugs but husband is on blood pressure meds and diuretic’s…. I truly don’t trust doctors any longer … thank you for this tremendous update to my knowledge bank I will share with those I love and who want to learn! Thank you stay blessed
There was an NIH meeting in 2018 where a bunch of scientist and drs came together to take about Magnesium. They actually showed that 80% of know metabolic function required Magnesium. 80% of known metabolic function equates to just over 1000 different enzyme functions. So not 300, not 700 but over 1000.
I couldn’t click faster upon seeing this video. I take magnesium to bowel tolerance at night. This method has me taking so much magnesium, well above the RDA.
The best Magnesium i found is ReMag fron Rnareset. It has picometer sized Magnesium that gets absored at the cellular level. If you have bad GI tract it will still be absorbed.
Thank you 🙌. My PM Dr has killed me with RX poison 😭. Been suffering for almost 12 years, doctor after doctor, horrific tests, shots in my spine, two back surgeries, and I have lost almost 12 years of my life. Thrown into pain management. Nobody wants to help you after you're there.. I knew I should have got away from him before he killed me. 😭
Very informative. Thanks. If most docs were as knowledgeable as you on the nutrition-health-wellness axis, American public health and wellbeing would be in a far better place.
Side effects are not addressed. People low in thiamine shows side effects with magnesium supplimentation and vice versa. Both are required to activate one another. Also seen many thyroid patients complain that their TSH climbed up after magnesium supplimentation. Long term high dose magnesium supplimentation affects few people negatively.
DEAR SIR - IT IS A VERY GOOD EXPLANATION TO KNOW THE IMPORTANT ROLE PLAYED BY THE " GREAT MAGNESIUM" - AT THE AGE OF 73 I AM IGNORENT OF THIS IMPORTANT MINARAL - TQ FOR OPENING MY EYES & UNDERSTANDING IT'S IMPORTANCE - K V CHALAPATI RAO, INDIA , AP , GINTUR , SIR
Thank you so much for this vital information! This is the second time I watched this video, and I plan on listening to it again and taking notes, as this and other videos of yours are valuable classes to me. I have been sharing this with others in hopes that this can be something that can be life changing for them. God bless.
I truly appreciate the content in this video! I am always studying nutrition / supplements /functional Health subjects. My health is getting better & better as I learn. I am 58 with 14 grandkids and I want the energy to hang out with them and keep up with them!!! 🔥❤️🌟
Magnesium RBC is a better gauge of magnesium status, than is serum magnesium. Most doctors won't know what a mag RBC test is for, and will see a normal serum mag and it's usually end of discussion about magnesium deficiency being an issue.
@6:21 Ring the bell! This is why Vitamin D makes me sick! The final piece of the mystery dis-ease puzzle was learning about mag def being the cause for it all from you.
Hey Peter would you mind sharing the research on 700 functions of Mg please? I've seen the one on 300 enzyme functions, but multiple websites quote 700 without a real research paper
Dr Osborne, this is a good info lecture, but any screen displays are virtually useless, cant be read due to too small and over exposure and being too light.
I can also see well after i put my reading glasses on. And besides these notes help the Dr to stay on script, so just listen what he says you don't necessarily need to read it😅
I have never heard that before. Not to say I am an expert nor should my opinion s mater to you. However, I would say you should be pretty safe with fresh unadulterated raw honey from a apiarist.
Anything to do with mitochondrial destruction (ie chemo) can be improved by magnesium. Anything with "itis" can be improved with Magnesium. Mg is good at reducing inflammation. It also regulates nerve signals.
@@DrOsborne are u kidding me? This is the last platform I can even be on next door and Facebook keep kicking me off just for being honest not mean or cruel. Yes, I had thiamine deficiency due to metronidazole. B1 supplements didn't work well until I paired with Magnesium
Any mineral given to a thyroid client will raise their tsh...but that's just temporary
Thanks for the video it was really informing

Excellent information, thank you Dr. Osborne!!!! So glad you are MY doctor!
Love you, Dr Osborne. Peace be with you…❤
Magnesium is only 1 percent in your blood. Blood tests would not be a good indicator, correct?
Correct

@@sardot4960 Good to know! Thank you.
What’s your opinion on Myers Cocktail or other vitamin infusions for rebuilding nutritional deficiencies?
Great video.

Isn't Genuvia in Princess Diaries... she's a princess and born to reign there lol. Using it as some pharma med name is equally as ridiculous 💖👑
Subliminal messaging to the Princess population 🤣
Foods high in magnesium
I’ve read that honey is a form of gluten- is that true ? It’s the only sugar I consume besides occasional fruit..
