The FR series Kawa engine is their cheapest one, the starters aren't auto type starters and tend to wear out faster, never use ethanol gas in a small engine (they are going to 15% ethanol soon which is nuts) i suggest buying an z-turn with the FX series motor, you will pay more, but it's worth the peace of mind.
