Running shoes for plantar fasciitis REVIEW

Having had plantar fasciitis I have reviewed running shoes that have helped me and they type of insole orthidic I have used. Previously my GT Xpress 2 by ASICS were my running shoes but now its ASICS GEL-FLUX 7

There are many UA-cam videos on how to exercise the plantar fasciitis condition to find relief. I used a mixture of several videos I viewed and formulated my own plan to heal the condition of which worked for me and I would say that I am 98% cured. I do not think that plantar fasciitis will ever 100% be cured but it will never bother you again.
