Ok! I have to say! I grew up with a my best friend who was Korean and her mom used to make this delish food I loved. Over the years her and my mother passed recipes English for Korean.
In the end now I’m hooked on your recipes with both of them now passed away.
I will soon pass all the cultural recipes to all of my kids and I’m honored to say I can’t wait to add your cookbook and these recipes as well. Thank you for sharing all of these. Sending love and light and great wishes your way guys.

This has become my favorite cooking channel because all of your dishes are actually easy to make and perfect for throwing together for the whole family at the end of the day. You also often use the same ingredients, so there aren't a thousand more things I need to buy before attempting the dish, and you've given me an amazing base Korean stir-fry sauce that I could pretty much cook with anything I have in the fridge. Thanks A&C!
