I almost always do this dish for a potluck and it's always a hit. Except I add carrots. And for the sauce I do oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili oil. So yummy!
Frozen udon or ramen from Asian supermarkets are a game changer, fridge sections may also have fresh noodles too
Thank you so much for demystifying the cooking of the noodles for me. I have been doing it all wrong. Your videos help me to prepare luscious dishes. Thank you Marion!
This looks amazing! I'm definitely going to make this, I also love how detailed your recipes are in the text! Much love! 👍👍
I have everything i need to make this in my cupboards and freezer!! Making this for dinner tomorrow! Cant wait.
Wow this is the perfect weeknight dish. Simple, minimal ingredients, and delicious. To save me a trip to the Asian market, I’d use some bucatini or fettuccine pasta & spinach. Will definitely be trying this!
Made this a couple of times in the past 2 weeks and it comes out brilliant! So quick too! Thank you for the great recipe 😊
Just made this for dinner! Perfect weeknight meal!
Just made this. There is something bloody awesome about the taste that I can't identify precisely. This dish is absolutely delicious and I will do it often! This is simple and I don't feel at all the need to overcomplicate it. It's perfect this way. That was my first use of udon noodles outside of soup and I'm not disappointed!
I absolutely love Marion's food, I have tried heaps of recipes and everyone is fantastic. This is no exception.
This has been on my table quite often lately! I also throw in some broccoli, carrots and edamame beans. It's yummy and quick and makes the whole house smell so good! Thank you Marion for the recipe, and I'll be coming back to try others as well!
I made this for the first time last month. Making it again tomorrow night. Great with pork or ground chicken IMO. Thank you SO much for giving us such a simple recipe to prepare, yet taste so complex and delicious at the same time!! We love it! 😁🍜

Cooked this for dinner tonight. Tastes sensational. Best meal ever!
I didn't have udon noodles, so I used normal spaghetti. Also didnt have the chinese greens, used frozen spinach instead, and added some mushrooms that I had left in the fridge. Also added some oyster sauce. It was simply fantastic!

I made this for dinner today and my 3 and 10 year old LOVED it!! So quick and simple to make but such wonderful flavours! Thanks for sharing
This was absolutely delicious! I had a bit too much meat to noodles ratio, so when we finished the noodles we mixed the leftover meat, veggies and sauce with quinoa for next day's lunch and it was absolutely delicious still!
This is my favorite recipe of Marion's (so far :)) HIGHLY recommend as it is seriously so fast to make and delicious!

Hi Marion, I am a recent fan of yours from Melbourne and since being in iso and wfh for the past 5 months your cooking has inspired me even more to cook thai and asian cuisine. Tonight I made this recipe of yours but I tweaked it to our taste and added some different veggies. Thanks so much. We love Thailand and have been twice, we went early this year before COVID really hit. I have always loved to cook but I can honestly say you are a huge inspiration!! Keep doing what you do best. You have a lovely personality.

I have taken a real liking to your recipes and methods. It's as much 'mise en place' as it is technique, something I figured out long ago. Love your work.

Oh, Marion, I made this last night using ground beef (we don’t eat pork), and it was a perfect combination of homemade and restaurant-style cooking. I actually made a delicious Asian meal all by myself! I googled your name and found a store where your products are sold. I’ll buy some this weekend. Thank you, you’re amazing!
Made this with ground chicken. Fabulous!
I've tried this recipe, but with less ginger and surprisingly tasty. So easy to make and so good. Thanks for the great recipe!
Making this tonight for the second time ever hope it turns out better than the first time.
I have cooked this so many times! I always add a little bit of Toban Djan for extra flavour. So good and easy!
This was the first Marion recipe I have ever come across. I saw the it and I had to try it. I couldn't believe how ridiculously easy it was to follow and make. We loved it, it was such a hit!!! I'm excited to make it again, this will definitely become a regular on the menu. Thank You for sharing Marion : )
I made this with rice noodles, which is what I had on hand. Added some chili garlic sauce at the end of cooking.
Very quick, easy, and tasty! I will definitely make this again. Thank you, Marion!
I'm glad I discovered your channel! I appreciate how calm and relaxing you are and how you explain all the details that go into the dish. The editing is nice, too. Your videos remind me a lot of Adam Liaw's!
Yes, though I find Adam’s more relaxing as opposed to Marion’s more upbeat nature.
Made this last night, but doubled the recipe because we have four for dinner... And wow! We all loved it! Thanks!
I made this tonight (doubled the ginger) and drizzled my homemade (your recipe) chilli oil on top -- fantastic. I'll be making this again. Thank you so much for sharing!
I made this dish for dinner, last night, with some rapini from a friend's garden. I chopped and blanched the rapini beforehand, and then dried it in a clean kitchen towel before heating the wok. The finished stir-fry was on the plate in no time and was absolutely delicious! Thanx, Marion. Stay safe and take care of the family. 👍👍
I am trying this recipe this week, can’t wait 😛😋
It looks very delicious. Love udon cuisines 👍

Just made it. Thank you Marion ❤️
Awesome wok. You can tell that it's been seasoned sooo well. The pork didn't get stuck on the wok at all. Love it.
Abracadabra 303 I love my seasoned wok so much! 😆 Thank you for noticing!
Fast, easy and absolutely delicious! The second time I added red chilli bean sauce and oyster sauce prior to stir frying the pork. Thanks for the inspiration! 👍
Hi, I just tested this recipe and it was really good ! I used pak choi as vegetable. Thanks you so much to bring the asian cuisine really easy to cook. I used to eat a lot and cook a little few years ago.
I just found your channel this morning and this weekend will make one of your noodle dishes! this one or maybe the 15-Minute Fragrant Pork Noodles! I've also printed out your Mapo Tofu recipe! So many recipes, so little time! Only one person to feed! Thanks for your recipes and channel and site! I'm only scratching the surface!
Just made it again. Except I added a diced red chile, and sliced button mushrooms in lieu of the greens. I also used a tablespoon each of Chili oil, teriyaki, hoisin and soy instead of all soy. So good it's my go to stir fry now THANK YOU CHEF! 😘🍷😁🍲
Tried this today, its really good!
Girl I absolutely love your work. Thank you for sharing such delicious recipes. I have tried most of them.... Delicious 😋
