I completely reinvented myself in undergrad. The freedom…to never be bound again by negative thoughts from failed experiences; familial patterns, and anything that would separate me, you, WE…US- from our destiny for living this life to the full!

Rosenblatt’s “Gestalt Therapy Primer” book basically saved my life when I was a teenager. It is long out of print but you can find it used.
