My sister served him and some others at buffalo wild wings when he was filming Hustle in Philly. He accidently left his phone in the booth and my sister held onto it for him while his crew spun around to grab it. He tipped her a lot for being cool and keeping it low key. I respect that.

He really seems cool...obviously as he blew up he kept hiring friends in his movies...that says so much. A star who is genuinely a good guy, self-deprecating and humble. Interesting how engaging he is in this interview and complimentary about things that others (here Rogan) are good at.

Adam Sandler was shooting “I now pronounce you Chuck and Larry” in Downtown Brooklyn, New York. The movie trailers were right outside of my college and Adam came inside to play basketball. He allowed us to shoot with him. He spoke to us and asked us what we were in school for. If you look at the scene where he’s teaching his son hot to shoot a basketball in “Grown Ups 2” he’s wearing a St. Francis College Terriers t-shirt that we gave him 👍🏼

I'll tell this story here because a few may find it interesting, and i see some other stories. My good friend's mom got us into a show in Atlanta with him and Spade. It must have been around '91. The Braves had just gotten into the WS against the Twins. It also could have been closer to 92 or 93. But she brought some Braves fan items - foam tomahawks, head-dresses, etc., and asked before the show that it be delivered backstage to Adam and David. After the show, he and Spade asked for us to stay and said a quick hello - to just us after the show emptied. Very kind and generous with their time.

Sandler is a very generous friend which is the best quality I like about him. I don't love all his movies but he always keeps his friends working, puts them in his movies. It's something he has in common with Rogan (keeping friends around I mean. Rogan isn't a good actor at all imo).
Of course, Sandler is a very brilliant dramatic actor and I kind of feel that Rogan is underplaying that maybe (?). Sandler has some great dramatic roles. He can bring it.

    Adam seems really nice
Also, maybe the luckiest guy to ever try their hand at comedy. Dude literally has one note, but that note stuck a chord…

Rogan could see the backlash for Sandler after he commented on wanting to be black in support of Harris. This is what good friends do for each other.
Nice one Joe. Adam is fantastic too.

One skit was about guys going about their day and then randomly f*cking a guy in the @$$.
This was before it was the cool thing to do.
