We spoke about flexibility at length.I want to add a point to slide with 4 quadrants which talks about level of control.If I may be accommodated at whichever quadrant I chose.Which would would simply mean I am accepted as an employee who doesn't want to be on the 1st quadrant and also if I demonstrate high level of control, the former can be put on fast track career & the employees who are satisfied as taking lesser accountability can be at the same grade for many many years. Thereby meaning the attractive employer has a room for slow paced and fast paced employee.
interesting content...listening to these videos are always informativ and useful to find new aspects/ideas etc. especially if you have to create solutions for the daily challenges... two questions are essential in relation of this topic....a) what are the needs, wishes and life goals of my current and potential employee? b) what i have to do to get this things done?... (relationship maintenance)
