I have two of original Carbon X. Just got a 3000 Carbon X II. I like them both. Noticed the II 3000 is really like an original 2000 in terms of spool size. Is that right?
Yeah it’s got like a 2500 size reel spool on the 3000 reel, but the spool holds a lot of line, and the line management is very nice as well.
@@WeckerleOutdoors yes it holds a lot of line. In general I have liked all of the Piscifun reels I have purchased except the Phantom X which they don’t sell anymore. Great reels for the money.
What rod would you run with a carbon x II?
For a 1000 size, I would run an ultralight, light or medium light rod, for the 2000 size, medium light to medium and for the 3000 size, medium to medium heavy action.
