It looks like a root beer float would be a great spice chaser, with the acidity, sweetness, and bubbles of the soda combined with the milky, sweet, cold, and viscus iced cream, you could even change the soda type for more acid like Mountain Dew or diet Coca-Cola, one thing I’m not sure of is what iced cream flavor would pair best.
(Edit) perhaps even adding ice and blending it together making the creaminess and viscosity even throughout

Going off the video, maybe something with peanut butter, Reese cup ice cream might do the trick.
Edit: Possibly even adding whipped cream to the top for some extra dairy.
Root beer is NOT good to pair with spice. It melts you tongue
Combine the lime syrup and peanut butter honey together and you get the best spice neutralizer
And keep it in the fridge so the coolness helps haha
The downside is, it’s lime syrup honey peanut butter.
I feel like the lime syrup might curdle the peanut butter and would also ruin the viscosity of the peanut butter honey mix. I think keeping them separate and applying one at a time might be a better option

How about lemonade? Like carbonated lemonade (compared to home-made lemon sugar water) it has the lemon juice, sugar and carbon dioxide bubbles to add the fizz factor which were all things Mat and Steph said were good or helped somewhat.

I think a good combo would be to spray lemonade with sugar, then drink milk or diet coke OR eat ice cream and let it sit in your mouth and when times get tuff get some sugar water right there to stop it. Also I think muching bread helps cause when you have a lot of it in your mouth it kinda like mixes with the capsaisin and makes it less worse, but it doesnt get it away :)
