an amazing conclusion to an incredible 5 part tribute! I especially like how you played the flight to neverland since hook is one of my favorite movies, but it is all so good to listen to and well played!
Have you ever thought about including music from “How to Steal a Million”? It’s very early John Williams (1966) but there are some terrific themes and it’s such a wonderful movie!
holy Jesus in christ. you should record a cd, this is some of the best I have heard. Also, please sell Your scores to some pure horn orchestras please. I would like to hear a live Version of this. Amazing work and a supertalented artist. I aspire to play as well as you!
Most of his work is already available on Loudr, Itunes, Amazon, and some of them (not this medley) are available as sheet music on his website as well !
that's not an excuse, one tune = 1$. one coffee = 3$. i'm sure your computer, internet connection, the devise you use to listen music, your phone is free too. and you just watched a video yesterday about someone drinking a coffee... Music is not free. i hope one day people will understand that, because marc need to eat too, like you, ,and if nobody buy his music and listen to it for free, because people have "money issue" as it seems that giving 1$ to listen some amazing music is "too much", well, at a moment, he will not be able to eat anymore, and will have to stop, and do an another job. Do you have an idea about the amount of time, money, life, years of life, frustration, issues, are in the above, and it's there so you can watch it and enjoy it, it's even "free" ! What about "you should record a CD". will you buy it if he'll do one ? as he already released severa digital albums cd, if you don't buy them... well, so it's a bad idea ! (Sorry Marc, i had to reply, i'm just tired to listen to this excuse every day.)
you know, you have a real gift with what you do. All of your videos are amazing. I am also a french horn player. I have been playing for about 7 years now and your videos like these inspire me to keep playing and work toward playing as well as you do
I've been listening to/watching your videos since my freshman year of high school. I'm a sophomore horn performance major at the University of Kansas now, and I'm still just as amazed at what you do
You are an amazing man. You put your time and talent to a very great guy. I hope you become successful one day, even more than John Williams. Thanks to you, I chose to play the French Horn, and many others will be able to enjoy the art of it. I hope you will be able to write music as well. Thank you.
When I first listened you picked up the Seoul Olympic I just thought "pity he's not playing the LA one!", gratefully you did later on, it's one of my favorite JW works yet the feeling isn't attached to any film. Oh... That Amazing Stories theme opening and music made us dive into wonder... Great job and great selection :)
Oh yeah I HAD to play the L.A. one, I actually prefer it to the Seoul one ;) And Amazing Stories is indeed another wonderful piece by the Maestro.... adventure, epicness, fun and excitement all bundled in just one minute :)
Excuse me, Mark? I am in production of making a horn concerto, I'm a freshman at college and I hope my concerto, when it's finished, I can be able to send the PDF file to you so we can talk more about it?
sorry this comment is unrelated but would you share the trumpet music sheets for the cover of Hikaru Nara that you did in other video?? please im begginh u.
I always enjoy your work. Question: Do you do video games by any chance? I don't know why, but when i heard the theme for Overwatch, you instantly popped up in my head. :)
Do I do video game covers ? Yep, I've done quite a few :) My latest project being : ua-cam.com/play/PLIubPTwbzCSYtA5VmfS1Lf_zQh-YjBfDd.html I've also played on numerous VGM collabs such as these : ua-cam.com/play/PL3CB04CBED19AF4F4.html
Please answer me one question, how can you play so fast or so high with a french horn. I play for a longer time, but I can't play so high as you can do it? How can I lern it to play so high? It sounds fantastic, respect
I don't have any real answers to give you, other than I've always played a lot in lots in different styles, and in the end that enabled me to expand my technique ;) I've always had an interest in just trying and playing anything I'd like, instead of just sticking to the traditional horn repertoire ! And I think that was the key for me :)
The piece right after Amazing Stories is called The Adventures of Mutt (from Indiana Jones 4). This piece is actually the "backbone" of Part V since I play it at the beginning, at 2:04 and again right after Amazing Stories ;)
BY the way.,... I play te horn myself this days. haha. We had to few french hornist players so I agree to jump over from trumpet too horn. :-) Darn its tough instrument. to learn but fun.

I love how you casually put in the crazy high Eb's in the end just to make sure everyone knows that you're insanely talented 😂
an amazing conclusion to an incredible 5 part tribute! I especially like how you played the flight to neverland since hook is one of my favorite movies, but it is all so good to listen to and well played!
Yours is some of the most crisp and spritely brass playing I've ever heard. You're a marvel.
Have you ever thought about including music from “How to Steal a Million”? It’s very early John Williams (1966) but there are some terrific themes and it’s such a wonderful movie!
I'm so glad you covered Hook. Good job.
Had to ! Such a wonderful score :)

Yes it is, but if you really want to support marc, don't listen to him on spotify and buy his mp3 !

This is just fantastic. All of your work is very well done, no flaws whatsoever. Surely one if not my favorite person on UA-cam I'm subscribed to!
Thanks a lot Dane !

WOW! Love your videos. Great horn playing! WOW, just love it! Keep up the fabulous work!
Dude, I just have to tell you how much I love these tributes that you do. You should really consider doing some older movie soundtracks as well.
Ah ca oui ca en vaut la peine!! continue comme ça c'est vraiment génial et moi j essaye de m'entrainer sur certaines parties de tes vidéos et c'est vraiment très intéressant !!!
Always amazing!!!
감사합니다 !!
Fantastic!!
Amazing
damn straight man. Keep doing your thing
Awesome job Marc! I loved when you did the intro themes! I really love the newest Dreamworks theme, and it would be so cool if you played that :)

This should be turned into a 5 movement full lenght concerto for 8 horns

bravo complimenti!
Grazie!
Did you use a Wagner tuba? Or a high horn? I love the tribute to John Williams, I listen to it all the time!
I only used my good old Holton H179 to record these !
Glad you like them :)
I always enjoy your work.

Marc, I understand you play all tracks here - am I correct? Also, have you done the arrangements as well? Thanks.
Yes I did ! I arranged, recorded and produced all of the horn pieces you'll hear on this channel ;)
Wow, that was a piece that started right after "Amazing Stories"-theme that I actually never heard before, what was that?
The piece right after Amazing Stories is called The Adventures of Mutt (from Indiana Jones 4). This piece is actually the "backbone" of Part V since I play it at the beginning, at 2:04 and again right after Amazing Stories ;)
Really that spaceship and earth thing. Maybe thats also amazing stories?
Oh yeah that's the second theme of Amazing Stories ! And right after that is Jurassic Park, then Adventures of Mutt, my bad ^^
+Marc Papeghin - French Horn aah I never heard the second theme :-) But great work as always
BY the way.,... I play te horn myself this days. haha. We had to few french hornist players so I agree to jump over from trumpet too horn. :-) Darn its tough instrument. to learn but fun.
What movie is 5:34?
That would be the main title from Amazing Stories !
@@Marc_Papeghin thank you!
Is 2:59 from Hook?
Yes it is !
Ook!
I heard of Heartbeeps because The Hick Critic gave it a 2/10. I didn't know John Williams wrote the score to that film.
Teach me.
are you gonna do horn lessons.?
I looked at the sites and couldn't buy all the tributes or even one. A little help here?
Mmmh, not sure what went wrong but all of the links I put in the tribute's description boxes are direct links to buy them !
