- Day 5 no phone!! im going all October with no phone! How long do y'all think I'll make it?? Woke up as if it was a normal day after getting everyone ready, someone pulled up to my house guess who!?!? after helping them my wife and I had a appointment to pick out the finishing touches to our soon to be pool!!! awesome day forsure!

I would recommend a salt system. Overall cheaper and much easier to maintain. I had my pool, when I lived in Florida, changed over and highly recommend it. Don't even know it's salt water because of a low ppm.
Hey Al, for your President campaign I've been thinking about a slogan. How about this, "We Need A President Who Can Cut It", "Vote 4 Al!" Okay, I'll keep my day job. Stand up isn't my gig. LOL

I am from a generation where, when i grew up as a kid. I sold cucumbers for a next door elderly gentleman neighbor, door to door. In Spanish, with my red rider wagon. (full of cucumbers). While simultaneously selling a local news paper subscription, to our local and also state wide news outlet. I earned 10 cents for ever 4 pipinos por un peso, and 1 dollars for every anual subscription of 36 dollars i sold. To me at age 11 I was making bank.

Don't forget your pool fence..it's very important..kids can get in before you know it. I think there are some with an alarm if opened. Love this new channel. God Bless

You seem like such a cool, humble guy - I mean who takes the time to share these tips with their subscribers?! Thanks man. I wish I knew Kevin and Robert were coming back this way to work down here cause my mom's house needs some TLC when it comes to yard work. The kid who cuts it for her only cuts the grass no weed eating or cutting trees or buahes.
The only problem with a pool in a yard is, You have to bag your greaa clippings when you are mowing around your pool. Grass is small enough to pass through your pool skimmer into your pump.
I am speaking from experience.

That rear tire of Kevin's mower tends to loose air somewhat regularly... at least of late, I've noticed. Maybe it's a slow leak. Hope he finds out the cause soon enough. Anyhow, it's good of you to fill it up for him. After all, what are friends for if you can't blow one another's things up, eh?

Enjoyed hearing how you got started. Love the pool I may have to come down and sit by it when you get it built. I am on oxygen and I am no longer able to swim. I know our pool gave our two sons years of entertainment until this summer a storm cycle came through our backyard and wiped out our pool, the deck, and our 3 season room! I know what you mean about options for the pool, we went through same thing with ours. But we moved and don't have it anymore. Pools make me nervous with little kids but I know you all will love it
youve got so much room, you should the push the pool back from the home, and create another area, like bbq or games area, also will give you more space around your back area, you'll need to have a fence around the pool, so having more family space separate from the pool area would be safer, because the kids may be in the back, BUT not the pool area. (pool safety is really important, #1 killer of children)
