Al getting yoked! Honestly, I saw a difference in your pushups in just day two. I think it will be fascinating to watch you grow this month so keep up the pushups on cam! By the end of this you will be doing 50 at a time easily, guaranteed. The hard part is incorporating what you learn this month into a morning and night routine. It should only take you about 15 minutes in the morning and evening and it will make a massive difference in your health and overall strength.

Hi Al. Good to see you and your family. It was also nice to see Kevin and Robert too. Doing push ups is healthy. I have a scoop of Orgain Organic Protein powder every day in my coffee. I also use Stevia for sugar and Organic Cacao powder for magnesium. Raisin Bran Crunch with Special K Protein, frozen dark sweet cherries, wild blueberries 🫐 and Stevia for sugar. Fairlife milk is lactose free and dietitian recommended. Cauliflower crust pizza takes out a lot of Carbs. Love you guys. Keep up the great work.
