- ONE WEEK WITH NO PHONE!!! im going all October with no phone! How long do y'all think I'll make it? Im daily vlogging every day too! How many days will I last idk but we will see! Today I woke up bright and early, edited my video for my main channel then scheduled it out. when the family woke up we made breakfast together then went off tot he farmers market. very cool day!
at the farmers market one of the venders lured us in and tried to get us to buy one of everything lol.
Hey AL, quick tip, actually 2 for your chickens. They love scraps, which makes their yolks darker and healthier for you. A Onion sack, or taters sack, those mesh ones. Drop a cabbage in it an hang it gorgeous them to peck at. And if ever their egg shells become thin, take a few days worth of empty shells, mash them up with a rolling pin and put it in their feed. Do that a few days and voila' egg shells are thick again. An if any of the chickens peck at 1 an make it bleed, take red marker and dot them all in the same exact spot and they'll stop pecking altogether. ❤ I'm truly loving your October!!
Chicken weed at bottom of down spout of gutters is loaded with calcium to harden those shells and less chance of chickens eating own eggs!
Your kids are adorable. Kudos to Mrs. Bladez for her bacon cooking technique. 1/2 strip is by far the best way to cook bacon
Bacon is the best when you put it in the oven. Yum Yum!
These are just great videos. No drama, just a wonderful family enjoying each other , spending quality time together. It doesn't get better than that !!

While I enjoy your mowing videos, they are no where near as enchanting as your family videos! Your interactions with your children and your wife's dry humor to your antics are great! It's also nice to see you have more than just eggs with spinach for breakfast, and even though i only like spinach in salad, I tried your eggs with spinach for breakfast yesterday and it was scrumptious. The twist to that is my husband loves spinach but the eggs and spinach were not a hit for him, oh well, you can't win them all. Thanks for sharing your lives with us.

Al this is the first I've seen your blog. What a special family! Love the shopping trip! You have chickens. We use to have chickens growing up......those were some of the best days i can remember. Specially when it was time to shake the plastic over the rabbit cages.....roaches would fall everywhere and the chickens would chase them and goble them up. So fun to watch! Ya'll take care!
