Pistachio Burnt Cheesecake.

Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 85g caster sugar
- 200ml whipping cream
- 1 Tsp Pistachio Emalco
- 10g plain flour (1 Tbs)
- A pinch of salt
-1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 50g pistachio butter/paste

Pistachio Ganache
- 60g White Chocolate
- 40g Cream/Milk
- 1 Tsp Pistachio Butter (10g)
- 15g Butter
- Pistachio Emalco as needed (optional)

Method
1. Preheat oven to 220c. Line a 6” round cake pan with baking paper.
2.Whisk cream cheese until smooth then add in sugar. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
3.Add the pistachio butter. Whisk until smooth & combine.
4.Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Once combine whisk in the whipping cream, & pistachio emalco.
5.After that, sift in flour. Whisk until fully combine.
6.Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan and tap the pan gently on a flat surface to remove any air bubbles.
7.Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the top is dark brown, and cake is set but with a slight wobble in the centre. Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely before removing from the pan.

Hi, you can. But the cheesecake will not be as tall as when you using 6" pan. The baking time may also be different, you may use less time to bake it.
Hi, nak tanya. Untuk buat pistachio ganache tu pakai 50ml susu atau 40g milk/cream? Milk tu pakai brand full cream ke?
Hi, boleh pakai milk atau cream. Dua2 boleh. Gunakan 40ml dulu, boleh tambah sikit demi sedikit sehingga menjadi kepekatan yang diingini.
Saya pakai susu full cream.
