I used 7 inch cake pan...if you use 6 inch cake pan maybe the cake will too high..and the time for bake should more longer...u can try n error I think.....
Hi sis ,I just did ur recipe ,abt 40mins in oven the cake out breaking up. But it look gooey inside..I put the temp at 200c..it's really never burnt on top..but I took it out in 50 mins worry it will really break apart..is it normal?

Jangan masuk oven terus..bg dia sejuk jap kat luar..then baru mask peti sejuk...biasa sy nak guna esok harini buat...biar semalam...or ay least 5 hour... Lepas tuang spread then sejuk kan bg dua set bebetul.....

Can i use 6 inch round cake pan.
I used 7 inch cake pan...if you use 6 inch cake pan maybe the cake will too high..and the time for bake should more longer...u can try n error I think.....
I used a 6in x6in pan and it is enough for the 7in batter. I took about 2hours to bake it thoroughly due to its height...
