      I used 7 inch cake pan...if you use 6 inch cake pan maybe the cake will too high..and the time for bake should more longer...u can try n error I think.....

      I used a 6in x6in pan and it is enough for the 7in batter. I took about 2hours to bake it thoroughly due to its height...

    Hi sis ,I just did ur recipe ,abt 40mins in oven the cake out breaking up. But it look gooey inside..I put the temp at 200c..it's really never burnt on top..but I took it out in 50 mins worry it will really break apart..is it normal?

      Tak sure...tapi sukatan gula ni dah ok.la...tapi kalau nak kurang kan manis terpulang pada sis...

      Saya dah try buat pakai sukatan cream cheese 400g. Sangat sedap tak muak makan. Lepasni nak buat lagi, try dengan cream cheese anchor pulak. Terima kasih untuk resepi ❤️

      Hi..maybe u can try this measurement...
      250 gram cream cheese
      85 gram castor sugar
      2 eggs size A
      120 ml whipping cream
      1 tbsp wheat flour
      1 tsp esen vanila
      70 gram biscoff spread - for batter
      100 gram biscoff spread - for topping
      3-4 biscoff biscuit- for deco

      500 gram cream cheese
      100 gram castor sugar
      3 large eggs
      200 ml whipping cream
      1 tbsp all purpose flour
      1 tsp vanilla extract
      100 gram biscoff spread - for batter
      150 gram biscoff spread - for topping
      3-4 biscoff cookie - for decoration

      Jangan masuk oven terus..bg dia sejuk jap kat luar..then baru mask peti sejuk...biasa sy nak guna esok harini buat...biar semalam...or ay least 5 hour...
      Lepas tuang spread then sejuk kan bg dua set bebetul.....

      1 tbsp tepung gandum
      1 tsp esen vanila
      90 gram biscoff spread - untuk adunan
      135 gram biscoff spread - untuk topping
      3-4 biskut biscoff - untuk hiasan

      Valerie Li divide by 2 if u use 6” pan with 2” height of pan.. if 6” pan with 3” height no need to divide by 2
