@yaminayahi8666 turned out amazing. Was super tasty. I used a double crust recipie from Brian langerstroms cheesecake vid. I did the whole skinning pistachio thing. Would have been easier to find pistachio butter. Worth it!
I am making this for my Christmas family party next week as I am known for bringing a dessert. I didn’t think I would find a recipe that would beat the baklava cheesecake that I made last year, but I think I have! My family loves pistachios so I am excited to make it soon!
@@juanbenavides1722it was amazing! Delicate in flavour and not too sweet. It was gone within minutes and my cousin said it was the best cheesecake he ever had! He begged for a 2nd slice to be saved for him to eat before he flew back to Canada the next day so luckily he got the last slice! Highly recommended 😊

Yes, you should always bake a cheesecake the day before you want to eat and leave it set overnight in the fridge. Then you add the ganache topping.
I accidentally bought salted pistachios. Can I use them in the cake if I rinse them properly?
no need to rinse, you can use them. Just omit any salt that gets added to the batter.
