A UA-camr said this bike jumps like a washing machine and called this bike "meh"......he also considers himself an expert. It's amazing what happens if you put a real professional on the bike for racing and jumping. I use it for touring and crazy city driving in Vietnam.
i have been to this place with RE classic 500 and that road took a lot of time to reach "Kunzum". But this KTM.... running like its just a child's play
I own this bike now and its horsepower to weight ratio and it ability to maneuver is outstanding. Not sure we will see much improvement with a 490cc 2 cylinder engine given the bike will weigh much more. What we might feel is less vibration. I am glad I bought the 390 bike over a 490. The 390 has been around for decades for a reason. I love it!

Yes...Punctures are a big problem with spoke wheels,however there some after market kits to make spoke rim tubeless.They are not puncture proof but can help the tyre to hold the leak for another 20-30 KMs so you don’t get stuck on road.And another thing is ,riders always keep a tyre inflater and puncture repair kit with them .

Stock ! esp. engine wise .. Front suspension was changed with a basic adjustable setup that wasn't any use ( It was almost like stock ) also some plastic accessories and mirrors removed.. Tyres changed. Ashish is a DAMM good rider, if yr into mud u should check him out on IG.
From the looks, off road tires only. Removed a few unnecessary bits like fairings, mud guards, grab rails and it has adjustable front suspension that the international variant gets

Ktm shoulded done an R version of the 390. Hopefully they do it on the 490
Man I hope they do a 490. Even a 450. The 390 is only 373 cc but man it rocks. I can’t imagine what another 75 cc could do.
Increase the ground clearance, make the rider's footsteps straight, and give optional spoked rims option available.
