Great review as always, the V90 is a stunning looking estate, one of the features I like in the current Volvos are the Thors Hammer Headlights.
They’ve certainly got distinctive styling - Thank you Davy,
Had mine for a week.utterly happy with it .most relaxing car ive ever driven...r design t4
They’re extremely good cars if not a little big initially if your not used to that size of car, thank you Gordon
Im used to it guys my last car was an x5 and i still drive an 850r.Bad news is after a month for the life of me i cant find a comfy driving position ,a problem ive never had in any of my previous cars.the seats feel very hard to me anybody else had this issue maybe im just getting auld.Still love the car tho😉
Ooo an 850R now that’s a car, thank you
Congratulations on 200 subs👍
Miles Drive Thanks for the support, have got a Kia Picanto GT-Line review and Fiat 595 review coming soon too!
So nice love sport brake
Great video. I may be wrong but I don't think the standard R Design comes with rear privacy glass, panoramic sunroof, or 360 camera?
Andrew McGovern You know your Volvo cars, thank you, yes the privacy glass is an option and the addition of the Xenium pack will give you park assist, camera and panoramic tilt / slide.
Mercedes gave me this exact car as loaner when I took my Benz in for service and what a nice car it is
Isaac Matiko they are great, tech loaded with good looks.
That was brave/foolish of Mercedes to do that!
Silly move by merc, ive driven merc e class estate and this to me is a better drive, much cooler too
Got the D5, great car
We totally agree, John! Refinement is amazing and safety is top-notch *A
Need a manual option in the r
What is the electronic load cover?
A power load cover, parcel shelf
From what I’ve tried to find there is no electronics involved regarding this load cover. This is very misleading and not true .
Clive Neilands strange as it’s listed on the Volvo Spec sheet online, it may not operate in low temperatures and is called automatic.
Can’t find it at all? Will be at Volvo next week so will ask the salesman.
Clive Neilands bear in mind we do get pre production vehicles from manufacturers, for example we had a ZS with LED lights, which aren’t available
What colour is that?
Thank you, we’ll double check *B
Stacks up well vs a A6 blackline I think, comments?
As you’d expect, it’s a lovely vehicle. As good as German for the reliability you get, and if you could get your hands on one, you’d have a lot of car for your money. *A
@@PlanetautoUK cheers yes. Pity the Audi (not the latest with the horrible massive grill front) is so beautiful, makes it hard to switch to other estates, but some of the tech on the V90 is real nice. But the lower models with the fake wood I would never touch. DS5 catches my eye. Not many around.
Ah interesting we loved the DS7 - design, drive the whole package, the grilles in time will reduce, however we’re not the target market, meaning they’re be on a lot of motors for while yet.
Great review. A little polish and snappier dialogue and you'd be in the same class as the car!
Kevin Reynolds thank you, considering we’ve only been reviewing since last year, the videos certainly come along way, and each one gets that little bit more polished.
You guys look like minor characters in The Big Labowski.
Aren’t we all a part of the Big Lebowski?
They are nihilists, they believe in nothing.
Ah, that’s where we differ then *B
That is not right, you should drive it with few people in, I got that car and let me say that, 4 adults in the car and its looks like you got a D2 volvo. Better choice is D5 plus Polastar software. That is it.
Not what we experienced, with passengers still performs, granted it’s not a T5R, thank you Simone
looks like a mitzi magnum....bummer.........allroad for the win.
David Bradley we fail to see the resemblance, not driven the allroad yet, driven a few Haldex cars though
