I just made it. It tastes really good, and I’m not even a big salad eater so that’s a big deal... I initially added less salt than the recipe calls for but found that I ended up needing the amount per the recipe after all. It was surprisingly creamy and sweet.

Thanks so much for these recipes. I’m a ‘give-me-a-little-salad-or-noodles-with-that-bowl-of-sauce’ kinda girl, so I like to make my sauces just as nutritious as my entrée. I’ll even drink them like a smoothie- - at least the ones that don’t have too much sea salt in them.
I’m going to make the citrus sauce for dinner tonight! I’ll have to hunt down some kelp noodles though, or just noodle-up some cucumbers.
It’s been just over a month since I pinched a nerve in my lower back. This made me change my diet from plant based to almost completely raw plant based, and it has done wonders for relieving my sciatic pain! Slowly I’ve been trying to introduce breads and pasta back into my diet, but my body just doesn’t like them. However, I’m stubborn, so I’ve at least given in lentil and chick pea pastas, and gluten free breads (still plant based though- since 2017).
You’re recipes keep my plant based lifestyle full of variety, thank you~
