I was diagnosed with lupus at age 21 and since then my life has changed completely from being in the beach 24/7 to now avoiding the sun and wearing sunblock religiously due to lupus flares. My symptoms have diminished a lot when I started corporatizing raw vegan meals . I feel like I’m able to enjoy life now without pain ❤

I have often wondered if a raw diet would cure lupus?
My aunt went to a dry fasting retreat in Russia and she cured her lupus. She said she was one of many patients with a variety of illnesses from cancer, lyme, diabetes, fertility, and diabetes. They all were cured of their ailments. She read a book on dry fasting called Starving to heal in Siberia by Michelle B. Slater.

That’s all great but she must come from a rich family to be able to do those things so freely. There was no way I could have pursued my passions working 3 jobs as a waitress and hostess while in college. Or just get up and go travel to Bali and Hawaii. But good for her, I just wish she would also address the financial means involved. Not everyone can just go to Hawaii and buy a farm and grow fruits

Kristina! Making raw food recipes is great but many people like me would appreciate the videos about organic farming, taking care of the soil, growing and planting vegetables and fruits.
Hey there! Thankfully she has videos like that on her channel. She shows how she turned the land she purchased in Hawaii into an orchard and showed her gardening process in her backyard in Hawaii. Such great videos, I think you’ll like them too

As someone who watched Kristina grow up online, she was my inspiration to go Vegan for a few years. We are the same age and I still remember watching some of her very first videos on here. If you see this Kristina just know you’re loved and appreciated for all of the work you’ve done for us 💐🌳

I had the privilege of volunteering at Rawfully Organic Co-Op a few times. It was a lot of fun, and I hate that it had to close.
Why did it close ?
I am a 77 year old female who is a meat eater and has been all my life. I am happy, healthy and love my life. I am a follower of Dr. Gabriel Lyon who has a YT channel which is VERY informative. I just happened to see a YT video you made where you took cinnamon sticks and put them into a Vitamix blender which I had just bought. I am happy you found a path to good health and that your life is about helping others. I wish you much success and continued good health. : )

You are so inspiring Kristina. I started on a completely raw lifestyle back on January 14th this year. I’m strictly on fruits at the moment and I’m loving it. I truly believe in my spirit it is the best way forward. Health is wealth as they say. I also got myself a nama juicer and it’s everything. I have looked at tons and tons of your videos. I would love to at some point get an Excalibur dehydrator and a Vitamix as you recommend. I would also love to one day meet you. You’re incredible. I hope I can stand the test of time like you have with this lifestyle. I pray to God that I can. Selling a diet that causes such damage and has caused the death of so many beautiful children is a human right crime . Plant based diets are the most destructive to the envitonment and kill 2000 sentient beings per hectare. Ecuador her country has over 50 million animal deaths due to monoplant production especially bananas

3.1k dislikes cuz people literally think their food is their religion. No ones telling you to do a thing, when you face a health crisis you may come to see this info. She is the REAL DEAL dude, she is on another level spiritually.. and this is what raw food does to you, it really does make you more emotion aware and spiritual this is the truth. She had a video where she was working out at the beach and she lies down to meditate and starts crying tears of joy with no one around. The one thing no one mentions, and the thing she had to have to even start to heal.. was an open mind. Some stranger in a grocery store helped change her life because she had the bravery and the curiosity to be an open mind.
Kristina is just such a beautiful soul! The beauty she emanates from within is just … oh my gosh!! I never comment on her videos but love watching them one after the other and always give the thumbs up on them. I just love her spirit! I so needed to see this. It has very much resonated with me. I've been watching Kristina for years. Her passion and energy is unmatched! I cannot begin to wrap my head around being a raw vegan. I don’t aspire to ever become one, but I do know the benefits, for me, of incorporating lots of raw, plant food into my daily nourishment. When I look at Christina and I see her zest for life and how she embraces her passion, it is an inspiration. She is living in her Eden, her kingdom within and sharing its jewels with everyone. She doesn’t limit herself. She creates these decadent, beautiful, raw desserts, and these amazing raw meals and eats with gusto. Anyway, all I can say is thank you Christina for sharing your life affirming recipes!
