I love how you celebrate your body where it is at the moment by wearing cute clothing. Your viewpoint regarding clothing and what looks good can apply to anyone, really. I am not plus sized now but I watch you for your fashion tips and your weight is really irrelevant. Plus you are simply entertaining and have a wonderful sense of humor. But now, you are such a great spokesperson for getting healthier in general. Rock that pink nail polish! Be proud of what you’ve accomplished! Anna, I have watched you for quite awhile, but never commented. You are an inspiration to so many people. This is your journey and you need to do it however it is best for you. I always try to remember this quote that I heard many years ago “The body is a beautiful machine. Unlike other machines, the more you use your body, the better it gets.” Best wishes.
So glad for you that you’re feeling more confident in who you are, and your “niche” in how you think and feel.
And that the changes you’re making, you’re making for you- that they’re making you happier and healthier!
You shouldn’t have to apologize for accepting and loving yourself, while also recognizing where you need help/can help yourself.
It’s a hard balance, and I hope people recognize that!

I feel you so hard!! I’ve been on a very similar journey..a year of therapy around body image/self love along with an intuitive eating dietician. I have a great PCP I am open and honest with. Getting the treatment that I have obviously needed since childhood-back problems gone, breathing easier, labs clear etc, etc. I’m also lighter and changing. And feeling absolutely amazing. ❤❤❤❤
Very happy for you. I completely agree with making better choices and noticing the difference. I started eating lower carb and have been losing but I am not weighing at all. Haven't stepped on a scale in probably 3 years...but I can tell clothes fit better. By not focusing on the number I am noticing the difference in my ability and movement, how clothes fit, my energy, and the inflammation reduction that was making my arthritis worse. SO different to how I did things before. Keep on keepin on Anna!

I’m very happy for you. Have you looked into getting a flexitouch for your lymphedema? It’s changed so many of our lives. I wish I had been diagnosed 40 years sooner. I could have stopped or slowed the progression.

Just so folks know, Novo Nordisk makes Wegovy. Which she has been taking for months.
It feels a little disingenuous that you name dropped Novo Nordisk multiple times, but didn't mention they make Wegovy.... and REALLY beat around the bush about taking the medication. Why hold this back when its obviously been SO SO helpful for your life?

Even in this video, she’s not flat out telling us what she’s on, but she’s saying “enough” so if anyone calls her out, she can say “well I never kept it from anyone!”

She obviously feels ashamed about her use of Wegovy if she can't even explicitly say she's taking it. Evvverything she says and does is insincere.

I'm so proud of you, Anna 💖 I'm going through a bit of a journey myself. Weight loss isn't my goal here, but it was a side effect of getting well for a while. When I started gaining weight back, it had me scared, tbh - but my blood tests are better than they've been in a decade, so I had to give myself permission to stop worrying about what the scale said. The struggle is real! Mine is different from yours, but I'm with you, babes. Sending you lots of love from Michigan.
Meds work thankfully you are on track and feel better. No shame in taking ozemoic or wegovy. It is working and now u r more active and happy. That’s awesome. Being transparent is important

Weight loss medications don’t work 😂 unless by work you mean “kill people”. Weight loss drugs also would not make someone more active, just like being thin doesn’t make someone active. If she’s more active it’s because age chose to be more active. It would have nothing to do with medication 🤦🏾♀️
