I also thought Can you say that the Power of buyer and Power of Supplier are as scale for example one will always have grater power than the other ? I was trying to think of a market but I am right those two forces cannot have equal forces. Thanks

Great video and well explained. So the big question is how many businesses are there where there is hardly any competition? Very few. Low entry barrier usually means high competition and vice versa. Innovation and positioning is probably the best strategy for new entrants.
Does anyone know what classes in college I can learn this type of things in? force field analysis, swot, etc. is there a particular class where you only learn this exercises? I am currently studying Marketing at a local community college. thank for the help
