30 day yoga challenge (on speed). I may have lost my mind but I've signed up for a 200hr. YTT Yoga Teacher Training @Vikasayoga on the island of Koh Samui. In this video I survived and review Week 1.
I do NOT plan to attempt to have a second career as a yoga teacher so, the question rolling around in my head is WHY did I sign up for this???
