I’ve spent the last 10 yrs healing from a lack of self love. The first exercise of slapping the forearms hit a truth in me and opened the flow of such Grace. I’ve broken my forearms 3xs starting at age 3, each arm several yrs apart until age 11. I think that was my lesson here in this lifetime, self love. Wow, what an amazing blessing you are.❤ I woke feeling such joy this morning which was surprising since I am dealing with a leaky roof. Thank you for doing what you do for me and the world. Much love❤

Hello! Hoping you can possibly help. I had a spontaneous kundalini awakening. It was pretty intense when it first hit but has calmed since then. I was doing root chakra meditation for a while and, at times, literally felt movement like a tail flicking at the base of my spine. I felt the energy move up my back, and eventually, the root felt empty to me. I saw someone who helped me circulate some of my energy and helped me with some grounding techniques. I just tried my sacral shakra, and i can feel the energy there now. What i am struggling with is figuring out a routine for meditation and what other meditations and rituals i should be doing throughout this process. When i neglect my meditation, i can feel myself getting out of balance again, and it really affects me. I also have natural spiritual sensitivities that run in my family. I would love some advice if you're willing. Ty for reading this! ❤
