When I was shaking my body, I felt like I was releasing my negative thoughts. Then the meditation was almost like a mystic experience. I could see a red four petals flower at my bottom vividly. Thank you.

This was really needed for me today - I feel so centred and in tune with myself 🫸🫷 when chanting LAM I really felt my mouth & voice become separate from me like I lost control and acted instinctively belting and resonating in this deep frequency ☯️ I released a lot I had been holding onto 💚 thank you 🙏🌟

This was great! I laid down and had a 20 min meditation afterwards, and during that meditation I got a strong visualisation of a parrot, it jumped off a cliff and glided effortlessly without flapping its wings once. I received a message in my head that it represented to go with the flow, not to worry, I'll end up where I'm meant to be. I also looked up the symbolism online after the meditation and in Hindi one of the things it can symbolise is connection to consciousness which is what this session was about 🌠

I've been doing Qigong for a while and just started to delve into Kundalini, they both compliment each other really well and I found a lot of similarities. You're definitely my go to channel for Kundalini. With Qigong, Kundalini and also Pranyama I always have the same experience when I clench and draw up energy through my spine, it stops right between my shoulder blades then it intensifies and causes my whole body to shiver.. it feels good, and I don't feel it's negative but I was wondering if it's common in Kundalini, or if it's a blockage. I couldn't really find any info on it online. Cheers ❤❤

Your content is amazing, thank you. I found yogigems when I was looking up Snatam Kaur, your website was a few links down with your post about the London concert. About year ago I did try some Kundalini yoga but started experiencing what felt like spasms in my lower back, my body felt like it was glitching. Had to see a doctor because my brain and body just felt off , bit like vertigo. I wonder if its part of the process perhaps?

Our body responds uniquely to kundalini yoga and sometimes we can experience symptoms like the 'glitching', which is often a sign of energy releasing, and dizziness, which may be the brain rebalancing. Keep sensing into your body's responses. If it feels too much, take it slower. You might want to consider detoxifying - cutting out stimulants - to support the process.
