This movie is overall incredible, but I have to take my hat off to the set design, costume design and make-up. It's just superb. Pretty much not seen ever since. The whole world-building is breath taking, it feel grand and oneiric, like the stuff dreams and nightmares are made off.
Tim Curry should have had a oscar nod for this film, hes absolutely brilliant in it. Only for a short time hes frightening and spot on as ... Maybe the Devil or just pure evil
