    everyone........... we need to get D.Rose this video and tell him to train his feet. he's got glass knee's and something like this could really help him get better.

      You are saying he has glass knees and saying he needs this video... It's not his knees its how he runs,jumps,lands.

    Hi Chong! I'm very interested in your research and your mechanism, and I'm literally dying to try it. Unfortunately I live in South America and in here your book is impossible to get becuase it's too expensive. Is there any way you can help me?

    Also Chong... It's getting your feet to your hands where the real magic comes from but it's knowing how to configure the foot which is hardest... But at the end, if you can configure your foot for tension and pull on your strings ( think Thomas Myers lines) with your hands... Well than... We can say God has gave us a gift... But really it's Thomas Myers and your hyperarch...Again awesome!!!!

    Hi Chong Xie, very interesting work. Have you had a chance to examine the the feet and hyperarch in in fighters (boxing) or mma or martial arts?

    You got it!!!! As a kid I had the hyperarch... And you can and should use it in all sports...But you in the wrong sport... I know it and see it in other sports... It's golf and baseball you need to learn how to integrate it...Its how to build tension... Great job... You got it... Awesome and thanks...

    • @HyperarchFasciaTraining
      @HyperarchFasciaTraining  10 років тому +2

      no, not pointing toes up, it's in the arch strength.
