I’ve received your latest program and ive been implementing the things you’ve been speaking on for awhile now , im taking progress pics and keeping my data current.. Thank you my brother..
Walking and strength training with progressive overload definitely have transformed my body getting me into my best shape aged 36 😊💪🔥🚶 Best way to wind down 😴💤
Walking has given me peace of mind, which is priceless. Also being away from food while I'm walking is an added benefit as I used to eat when I was bored.
Absolute goat right here, I’ve been walking for about 4-5 weeks every single morning between 3-5 km every time, I’m thinking about incorporating another 1-2km after dinner and hopefully speeding up my process even more. Let me know if this would be a smart idea (I also have eliminated chips and pop completely for the last 2.5 weeks)
Man… ive been walking 10k plus steps everyday for over a year now. Lost 50 pounds but I STILL have belly fat at 130lbs!! I’m not sure if I should continue to cut… I don’t think being 120lbs would be a good thing even if it meant I lost the gut. I’m currently on my first bulk to try and build muscle and I’m nervous. I REALLY REALLY just want to get rid of this belly fat once and for all!
Yeah we always underestimate how much fat we have. When I first started I thought around 168 pounds is where I wanted to be. In reality, I got all the way down to the 140s and still had some belly fat. Now I've done a couple of proper bulks and closing in on my goal. Just takes time and consistency. Keep fucking going!
It's up to you man. Bulking will not help you lose your belly fat (it will make you fatter). But it is a long term play. After you finish a productive year of training, you won't have as much belly fat at 130 lb. It also just might not be worth it for you to lose the belly ENTIRELY - because who cares.
Using the food scale being blind, is extremely difficult, I’m going to figure out another way of doing it, but I’m going to get it done, believe me, thank you very much for all your help 1:08
Hey Kevin - here's a link to a talking food scale that reads out loud for you so you can know how many grams are in the food you're eating! www.amazon.com/Talking-Kitchen-Scales-Numbers-American/dp/B0B5H4KT31/ref=sr_1_5?crid=34OF5A3R1BFF6&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.YHV5Xjvv56UvK11gsuq1UqQhxiwMg7Sul5NgKDGuTBVNYPR94HQtcckCy92rU6KkmKeccBp0PwsP_zTglm6LzreYXBKOqwRNteK3EnrtnSdkBg1SdPhxDRnIIRoT0S16v_cHBj-B-haXNlqSsiP0-e054iagSNscjV2QpcFyfbbUmgZZDHjhdah40rIkRGfHtoynliGirl8dKj1t55zTP5GpNLWNA_XrzjalCJkc-bvQyov8sshChqggpM9el6uvnWqkm7G2a1S4WgazIP9VtRh0A7kEkLGmoceEFpV9IkM.3A9TUcnZZndXaZzXaGJQWx9mdO3_gYHlBnnTZlPCIEw&dib_tag=se&keywords=food%2Bscale%2Bblind&qid=1719866843&sprefix=food%2Bscale%2Bblin%2Caps%2C126&sr=8-5&th=1
If your gym is within a 30 minute walk of your house/apartment, walk to and from the gym for additional fat loss. Edit: I am currently at the noisy gym without headphones, so I can't really hear if you suggest that in the video, so if you did, my sincerest apologies...
not good: you loose excessive energies, will have no energy to do the workout. and if you have energy to walk home after working out: you are doing something wrong, did not do any good workout.
@@halivudestevez2 From a 30-minute walk?! Walking ≠ running. Walking burns stored fat, not stored glycogen. If you're too exhausted to do resistance training after walking 30 minutes to the gym, you did it wrong.
This is not a troll comment, I promise, but how are you coping with the hairloss? You're a good looking fella with a great physique. Is the hairloss affecting your confidence?
First of all, this is hilarious - thank you for asking! It doesn't bother me at all. I make jokes about it on instagram, and some guys get really bent out of shape about it all. They fly to turkey for transplants, apply ointments, and pay for supplements to fix it. I think the buzz cut is a dope look and it's convenient for grappling. It doesn't affect my confidence at all.
Hey man, I was wondering what you thought of Intermittent Fasting? Personally, it helped me stick to my calorie deficit and even doubled it. I mostly do resistance training everyday (PPL + 10 mins cardio at the end) fasted and then break my fast with protein and lunch. I just want to know what you think of it
Yeah dude, if it works for you then it's an awesome tool. There are some small tradeoffs and benefits, but those are of small importance compared to how much you're able to enjoy / adhere to the plan!
#1 exercises to lose belly fat are spoon/fork put downs and plate push aways.
😂😂 yes many reps of this

Right on, Leon! Stoked to hear you're implementing :)

Glad to hear it :)
Dude!! You're freaking awesome! Thanks for always posting amazing contents. I WILL get to your physique by the end of 2025. 🎉💪🏽
Appreciate you watching dude! Keep running your race :)

Getting some extra steps each day can definitely help things go faster.
Appreciate you watching this one, Randy!

Ride a bike and turn that 30 minute walk into maybe a 10 minute ride, and have good energy to hit it hard.
Mate, your four point fat loss program. After the 45 days do we lose access to the content?
Nope! Lifetime access + access to all future additions 🙏

ask Jason Statham ;)
Whats everyone’s best step count in a day?
Best ever is in the 40-50k range on a big multi day hike.
But I'm a 12k every day kinda guy :)
Very good.
Thanks for tapping in, Ben!
Hey friend, do you have something for pooch belly/pelvis posture?
Nah I don't really sorry. I think the importance of posture is largely overstated.
Food is the problem for me... I'll just glue my mouth shut, snort water and keep exercising.
🤣that's the problem with food, isn't it?
Can't live with it, can't live without it?
Reality is - you have to learn to manage it.

how can I burn 1000+ calories in 1 hour?
my math logic leads to this :D
oh god - I don't think you want to.
Doggo ❤❤❤❤❤
Isn't she adorable?

I’ll save you alll 6 min of waste…it’s walking ..10-12k steps per day
I mention it in the first 30 seconds of the video, and it's not even walking.
Did you watch the video?
Harsh
There’s much golden information in these 6 minutes. In my minimal experience
