Let it not be forgotten, that Pope John Paul II was THE POPE who started, participated and supported THE YOUTH RALLY which is still a yearly ongoing rally till today, which has touched and moved so many youths to higher spirituality to Know Jesus, to Love Jesus and to serve Jesus, in whichever corner of the world they belong to. Francis caring about the poor? How by subjecting them to Marxist tyranny? Mercy and Inclusivity? How, by insulting and excluding faithful Catholics who prefer to worship God by upholding non-fungable liturgies instead of themselves through liturgical abuse? Humility? How by equating himself to Jesus Christ anytime anyone criticizes him and by heretically attacking doctrine and trying to recreate the Church in his own image?

Each of the five Popes,had Issues and Challenges to face.I was born in 1950,
(Holy Year).Society has changed.I feel the next Pope could be African or
European.I have Two Cardinal’s in mind.❤️.
But the latest one is creating a bag of messes.
It’s unfortunate (and counter productive) that this piece did not explain the act of Ex-communication.
It is not the kicking out of someone from the Faith. It is the notifying of one who is obstinately engaged in a public confrontation with the Church teaching from receiving the Sacraments, especially the one that is the epicenter of the Faith, the Holy Eucharist.
At any time the dissenter is willing to repent( rethink his oppositional posture) he is most welcome back into the fold.
Without the proper understanding of the indefinite invitation to come back to the Mother Church’s bosom, the word ex-communication takes on a sinister odor.

John xxiii is referred to as the Good pope...John Paul 1 is referred to as the smiling pope or the smile of God. John Paul ii is referred to as the missionary pope...
