    🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎This is hands down one of the best videos/series you've done. (In my opinion. Lol.). I have a very messed up work schedule. I'll work 2:30-11 one day and have to turn around and be back at 6 am the next morning.😭 Meal prepping ahead of time keeps me on track and making better choices so I LOVE this video. Thank you thank you thank you. Question...do you reheat the oatmeal in the microwave when you're ready to eat it? I know you don't use microwaves but for someone like me who's at work, can I just pop it in? Please do more of these. Maybe a little heartier lunch option??🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎

    • @HealthNutNutrition
      @HealthNutNutrition  7 років тому

      Thank you so much Laura!! If you're going to microwave it I add a bit of nut milk or water to it before heating it up so it helps soften and rehydrate the oats. I adding notes in the blogpost for the apple pie oats but I dont knwo if I mentioned microwaving. I will def be doing more of these meal prep videos and Im so happy everyone has been loving this video so much. Cant wait for the next one!

    Great video👍... especially the Apple Pie oatmeal, but one question, are you sure that one cup oats is enough for five or six portions? Are used to take 1/2 to 1 cup oats with lots of fruits for one breakfast.

    • @HealthNutNutrition
      @HealthNutNutrition  7 років тому

      Thank you! Not sure which oats youre usually making but steel cut oats expand a lot more than old fashioned oats. When they cook over a long period of time with the added fruit and liquid they puff right up :)

      @HealthNutNutrition  7 років тому

      yup you could use whole wheat, brown rice or oat flour. I find banana bread pretty flexible

    do you make this enough for all week , referring to the fish and salad meals. my husband and I are going to start meal prepping this week so I have no clue if fish would be good all week if made Sunday for example . thank you

      Cooked fish should be fine in the fridge for up to 4 days. You could always throw Thurs/Fri portions in the freezer if necessary. You can use the website "still tasty" to check fridge and freezer times for lots of foods. It comes in handy.

      I didnt know about that site! sounds awesome thanks ;) I find the fish is fine for the 5 days in a cold fridge but you could also freeze it if needed.

    Is the salad gonna get soggy, if I substitute kale with some kind of lettuce (romaine lettuce, for instance)?
    I love love love this series!! VEGAN MEAL PREP IS HIGHLY REQUESTED! People, thumb up my comment, if you agree.

    Why do you use sea salt specifically for the banana bread? :)

    • @HealthNutNutrition
      @HealthNutNutrition  7 років тому

      Do you mean why do I use sea salt instead of regular salt or why I use salt at all?

    • @RaphaelleMunger

      Yeahhh, sea salt instead of regular salt?

    • @HealthNutNutrition
      @HealthNutNutrition  7 років тому

      sea salt comes from the earth and I believe table salt is manmade. They are very different and honestly I would just google the benefits of using sea salt versus table salt.
