I love Boxabl, but they missed the market as they were trying to basically ship cubes for disasters and worksites and so on that could be packed back up and moved later on. I’m happy to see that the foldout prefab home isn’t just limited to Boxabl. I’m also happy to hear that eventually it will be available in the USA. 🇺🇸 This prefab home is big. I would change one of the living rooms and the art room and have two more bedrooms. The office would be my home recording studio. I would keep the living room with the bookshelf and the master bedroom. I would flip the kitchen to be open to the opposite side facing the living room with the bookshelf. This home could easily be a three bedroom home. And the price in USD was surprisingly low. Nicely done! 👏 Great walkthrough Kerry. This is a company I’m going to keep my eye on. 😎

Watch for Kerry's next video when he talks to my wife and I. Seeing it is one thing. Living in it is something completely different. The "feel" of this home is everything we dreamed it would be.
I wonder if mobile home parks in the USA would allow these, they don’t have wheels or axles and they also could be set up obviously as permanent spaces. But, they are still removable in a 10 foot wide section. So much like a storage building that can be dropped shipped, these can be dropped shipped tonight mobile home lot and removed just as easily. I don’t see what they would have a problem with it. I’m just curious. I like the fact that they could be very competitive with actual mobile homes and yet more sturdy and better built than a mobile home.
A new type of trailer home. Pretty wood (looking--how much vinyl?) interior, big windows, but still looks like a trailer home. Depreciates as soon as delivered.

The first SEED Home was actually designed and built with accessibility in mind. Our son and his partner both have mobility changes. My wife designed the layout so that it was wheelchair friendly.
Wow, something affordable with a nice floor plan!
Thanks for watching Gail
Nice to see more canadian companies getting involved. Send about 5000 of those straight to the Rock!
More Canadian companies coming. I'm over in NB right now
I’m happy to see that the foldout prefab home isn’t just limited to Boxabl. I’m also happy to hear that eventually it will be available in the USA. 🇺🇸
This prefab home is big. 👏
Great walkthrough Kerry. This is a company I’m going to keep my eye on. 😎
Thats the beauty of it too, you can make those kinds of changes. Thanks for tuning in Billy 👊🏻
We are watching you on two devices right. Lol I had to share this with my hubby. Might be a good fit for a guest house while we build the main home. So glad you posted this
Thank you! appreciate that
Oh man, this would be perfect for a lake property.
100%
The corridor concept is good really good 😊 now I got to ship to the Palm Springs area
I think this is the best Soo far
Glad you like it
Love the house and the way they build. Hope they move south soon.
Hello from SEED, we are able to ship to the US now and are taking orders. Our plans are to bring manufacturing to USA as well. Cheers, Steve
@@cegengreenenergysystems8780 Just saw the prototype on Kerry’s channel. Loved it. Any possibility you’ll be moving to the southeast or at least the central US? Excited to see your future plans.
@@lisagray1418 we are definitely coming to the US, probably two facilities though we have to evaluate where. Stay tuned
This is very cool, looks like they really got the foldable house figured out in an affordable way. These must have spray foam insulation? Steve mentioned "great r-value" @3:55 but didn't provide any real specifics. I look forward to them coming to the states, hopefully you can do a follow-up video on that.
I will definitely do a follow up
Our standard R28 walls/R35 roof and we can increase as needed
This is truly closer to an affordable home compared to many of your previous videos. If they can find a way to significantly speed up their production schedule, that would be fantastic, I hope their introduction into the USA will also be speedy. Please keep us posted on their progress. Thanks
Hi from SEED, though we are looking out to 2030, an order today could be delivered this fall.
Cheers, Steve
Hi from SEED, yes, we have some contracts to 2030 but we are not sold out. An order today would be delivered this fall. Cheers, Steve
@@cegengreenenergysystems8780 delivered to the USA? If so, at what cost?
@@wilty5 hello from SEED, yes, we can ship to the USA. Cost would be dependent on location but with our folding system, no oversize loads or restrictions. We do a lot of work in PA/WV etc as well as Colorado with our other divisions. A regular load to PA is about $6-7K. Cheers, Steve
Thanks, I’m in Kentucky, I will definitely be looking into it, thanks
Absolutely love these!
Glad to hear it
Thank you Kerry for this informative video and also the newly uploaded one on the interview! But even with Seed Homes' website and all relevant videos, it is hard to find out what the quote of CAD$80K for the 400sf studio include, such as the appliances, interior design and finishes (floors, windows) and etc? Does Seed Homes also act as a general contractor who overlooks the entire building project including foundation and utility work? Thank you again
I was actually shocked how much I liked this one. It’s not as trendy a look as some of the others that have been featured but all in all this is my favorite
Glad to hear 🙌🏼
Out of all the ones I've seen you do, I think this might be my favorite ! 👍
We think so 😂
Watch for Kerry's next video when he talks to my wife and I. Seeing it is one thing. Living in it is something completely different. The "feel" of this home is everything we dreamed it would be.
This was an awesome video. I love the house, the layout, everything. However, I would prefer more bedrooms and an extra bathroom.
I am not sure if the video captured it, but the home does have two full bathrooms.
And we have a model that can have 3 bedrooms or a two story with another half bath and a garage
Well shoot, the "foundation" could be 10' wide and fold out with adjustable leveling pads for the anchor points too.
Love it from Ontario. Now where do I put it. Need a community of these🇨🇦 from Ottawa
they're building at least one for Ontario now!
I want one i love it ❤
We love living in our SEED Home. The vision has become reality and it feels great.
Hello from SEED, register on our website and we can send you a complete catalogue including pricing. Cheers, Steve
Looks sturdy we can use it in the usa for sure.
Great episode! Plus you get to see some amazing scenery up north.
Thank you! The view of Rockies from Calgary never gets old 😃 🏔️
Good job. Great in Depth!
Thanks
Sweet!
Oh yeah!
As always Canada welcome!
Now this i would be interested in move over boxable 😂😂😂😂

I really like how it's customizable ! 👍
Glad you like it Dale!
@@KerryTarnow now I just have to figure out which state I would like you to send it to that has a decent weather and NOT California. 🤔
THIS is Awesome !👏🏾
Thanks Monique
really cool
Thanks for watching
Great video.beautiful art work.
Ty.
Thank you so much. My wife Heather does incredible abstract work! That big piece in the dining room is stunning.
Hello from SEED, most of us here at SEED have either Russell's or Heather's are on our walls. There are two in our lobby as well! Cheers, Steve
Thumbs up 👍 Kerry
Thanks!
*Thank you Angela Christine Derle for $60,000👍🏻. So many opportunity to make money here on UA-cam but most people don’t know. Thank you for continuing updates I'm favoured, $60,000 every two weeks !
