He was right on the mark. He's now doing an over 90 hour livestream that's just him making his perfect video. I'm actually concerned about him. He'd better apologize to Mario once that video is finished because he's really losing a lot of respect from everyone around him.
I'd hope this could become an arc because, as you said, this could be a very interesting idea (in a way it would be sorta similar to if the episode 'if mario was the last man on earth' was fleshed out into a full arc as honestly it has some interesting ideas too.), however we've seen episodes in the past year finish with what feel like cliffhangers that could lead into something only for it to have led to nothing or been meant as an ending gag (Clown fever comes to mind). Unless its more explicit like with the first episode of the lawsuit arc, its probably best to keep this in mind. I'm sorta unsure about whether we may see a full arc out of this.

If this is the start of a new arc. A theory I’ve had for awhile might be proven true. Each of the 7 main antagonists of each arc represents one of the seven deadly sins Waluigi-envy-literally gained his power from being hated Bob-greed-betrayed others for money Francis-lust-do I even need to explain? Lawyer kong-gluttony-hoards the Nintendo properties Smg3-pride-again do I need to explain Zero-wrath-wants to destroy everything Melody-sloth-a character associated with sleeping. I’ll admit melody wasn’t an antagonist in the traditional sense, but she was still an antagonistic force while under the control of zero. If this is the case, smg4 is falling into the sin of vanity, a sin that was fused with pride later one, but was originally a different sin. Him trying to make “the perfect video” is him trying to appear perfect. We could even see smg4 fall into all 7 sins as it was triggered by envy. This is only a theory, but I realized the similarities before the lawsuit arc and this could explain why it felt so… rushed. It was designed to just finish off the sins
If that’s the case, I hope that makes this the final arc. Because honestly, I hate them and would prefer SMG4 keeping the serious work on Glitch Productions shows.

We all wonder if SMG4 is gonna put everyone in trouble,or just keep making videos and ruining his friendships with his friends and might cause serious things.Or someone might take him out of that goddam room and he will just get mad about it and become the main villain of the arc.Or that might just be wrong too,maybe its just something that will be over.(But its not usual Luke putting SMG4 in his videos making videos all day for 4 weeks)and yes,i also think this will be an arc and i think that SMG4 might be the villain.But let's just hope that it's not an arc like Genesis arc...
What if this leads into another "meta" like arc; SMG4 fell off arc, as we've seen him acknowledge some criticism in videos, but never actually fixes any of it, and that has been appearing a lot as of recently
Honestly so far you’ve been pretty spot on. Though a part of me is thinking it will actually be a movie much like Meggy’s Destiny or Revalations. A forty minutes or more episode where we see 4 finally release his perfect video only to end up pushing all his friends away. Maybe the video gets so popular everyone else treats him like a celebrity and he loses sight in how in becoming famous he’s pushed away those closest to him.
I bet this new arc will be called "The Insanity Arc" or something like that. Eh, I have an idea for an arc SMG4 could do, but it has a shitload of lore involved. If curious to know what it is, I'm calling it "The Generations Arc", in which inspiration is from Sonic Generations, a very cool game. Because of this, Sonic the Hedgehog is the main protagonist, and Dr. Eggman is the main antagonist. This arc is by far the most serious, as there is a lot of complications in this arc.
Honestly I’d love an arc where SMG4 is the main antagonist and like SMG3 and Mario and the rest of the gang have to eventually get him back to normal (and more stuff too I’m sure). It’d be a nice change of pace. I just don’t really want it to end with a WOTFI again if it is an arc…
I hope the arc doesn’t end with a WOTFI. Despite watching since October 2022, I really like WOTFI 2016 and 2017. I’d love to see a stand-alone WOTFI for this year. I also would like the arc: Have Meggy and Melony not as much involved from Genesis Arc and Lawsuit Arc respectively. Tari have more screen time. Why? Ever since the Waluigi Arc and Meta Runner ended, Tari has had no development except ‘Into the Marioverse’. As he said in the newest video, I do hope Fishy Boopkins gets resdeigned at the end of the arc even though I have got used to it. I hope the arc is the related to SMG4’s insanity, I am personally thinking the Video Arc despite it being plain. Please reply for a better name, I’d love to hear them! SMG3 gets screen time. SMG3 is getting more screen time, as he by far the most relatable character of all of them. I hope like in SMG4… Are you Okay? SMG3 will become SMG4s mentor for the start of the arc. SMG4 will grow sick and tired of SMG3’s mentoring. Due to the lack of trust in the other SMGs, worried about videos, and finally everyone giving up on him due to his decisions, SMG4 becomes corrupt. To stop him, they must make an amazing video with him. (Just to note this is happening if the quality video went bad) I’d also love to see like Mario did in Mario steals the Constitution, I hope everyone interrupts SMG4 into lashing out at them, and everyone left him, kinda like Bob in the Rapper Bob Arc. This is just my thoughts. Let me know your thoughts as well!
Especially the most recent video, mario plays cat mario while walls crush him, seems strange, it's usually, mario plays minecraft, mario plays slendytubbies, but with no extra twist, strange.
Aaaand I think you are right, based on the mar10 episode. Smg4 was more aggressive than ever, lashing at everyone in an unstoppable rage after they broke the router. Now he's live. It's a loop of smg4 working in his room with no light, the floor covered in trash and his cap is on the floor, in a corner next to his desk, as if he was straying away from his own identity and falling into obsession and madness. He even made mario cry for real. That's definitely the beginning of an arc.
You forgot to mention the fact the video was sponsored. Almost all of SMG4's videos relating to an arc (always in the beginning of an arc), is usually sponsored by something.

I have another idea. SMG4 gets so obsessed with the prefect video he asks wveryone for help, but fail after fail and after the disapproval of many characters, maybe even of the other SMGs, SMG4 goes to the god box. As we know, it may or may not be destroyed and the overcorrupted memes that lived in it, made SMG4 and SMG3 go a little bit crazy, so maybe that idea will return.

My opinion is that I feel like this is more of a “bait arc starter” to me than an actual arc starter. Kind of like the ending of Clown Fever for example. That was pretty much the first feelings I got from the ending of that video.
my theory is: we are going to get a hacker arc. like think of it. what if smg4 needs something for the big video and meets someone who can help him. but he was being lied to and then he hacks his accounts. and like special strike. characters start to slowly disappear.

I don't think this episode will be the start of a new arc this year. Besides, sometimes episodes ending in cliffhangers don't lead to new arcs at all. Like for example "Clown Fever" ended in a cliffhanger and that didn't become the start of an arc. Plus, having an arc about clowns sounds like a really stupid idea anyway.

Well, suffice to say, you are very much right with the video becoming an arc. SMG4 has proven that his mental health has gone down the drain with the release of the Mar10 Day video. He destroyed all of Mario's efforts to celebrate Mar10 Day in Peach's castle just so he can make his "perfect video" without anyone bothering him. I hope this one's better than what they did with the Lawsuit Arc.
I think it’s an Arc because in every arc there is one main topic Walugi Arc was to be in Smash and Lawsuit Arc was that SMG4 was being sued But something I connected to that proves this is the Genesis Arc because it had an occurring topic of SMG4’s past appear in video after video And with this “arc” SMG4 is going insane video by video like an occurring topic so most likely it could be an arc until then we wait until the timer burns out (also thank you for your time)

I’ll admit melody wasn’t an antagonist in the traditional sense, but she was still an antagonistic force while under the control of zero.
If this is the case, smg4 is falling into the sin of vanity, a sin that was fused with pride later one, but was originally a different sin. Him trying to make “the perfect video” is him trying to appear perfect. We could even see smg4 fall into all 7 sins as it was triggered by envy. This is only a theory, but I realized the similarities before the lawsuit arc and this could explain why it felt so… rushed. It was designed to just finish off the sins
If that’s the case, I hope that makes this the final arc. Because honestly, I hate them and would prefer SMG4 keeping the serious work on Glitch Productions shows.

Honestly so far you’ve been pretty spot on. Though a part of me is thinking it will actually be a movie much like Meggy’s Destiny or Revalations. A forty minutes or more episode where we see 4 finally release his perfect video only to end up pushing all his friends away. Maybe the video gets so popular everyone else treats him like a celebrity and he loses sight in how in becoming famous he’s pushed away those closest to him.

If curious to know what it is, I'm calling it "The Generations Arc", in which inspiration is from Sonic Generations, a very cool game. SMG4 will grow sick and tired of SMG3’s mentoring. Due to the lack of trust in the other SMGs, worried about videos, and finally everyone giving up on him due to his decisions, SMG4 becomes corrupt. He even made mario cry for real. That's definitely the beginning of an arc.

I have another idea. My opinion is that I feel like this is more of a “bait arc starter” to me than an actual arc starter. Kind of like the ending of Clown Fever for example. That was pretty much the first feelings I got from the ending of that video.
my theory is: we are going to get a hacker arc. like think of it. what if smg4 needs something for the big video and meets someone who can help him. but he was being lied to and then he hacks his accounts. and like special strike. characters start to slowly disappear.

I don't think this episode will be the start of a new arc this year. Besides, sometimes episodes ending in cliffhangers don't lead to new arcs at all.
Like for example "Clown Fever" ended in a cliffhanger and that didn't become the start of an arc. Plus, having an arc about clowns sounds like a really stupid idea anyway.

SMG4 has proven that his mental health has gone down the drain with the release of the Mar10 Day video. He destroyed all of Mario's efforts to celebrate Mar10 Day in Peach's castle just so he can make his "perfect video" without anyone bothering him.
I hope this one's better than what they did with the Lawsuit Arc.
