Never in my life would I have guessed that SMG3 would go through a legitimate character arc when I first found this channel in 2014. This is one of the best things I have ever watched from this channel. I love SMG4 so much and seeing the channel evolve has been such a pleasure

I gotta say, the message in this SMG4 movie is really hitting hard as UA-camrs really work hard to make the content people want to see and be entertained with, and through their careers they’ll want to improve their work as much as they can, but it also comes with the cost of getting hit with the truth that not everyone is gonna like it, some people might hate it and and make a whole diagram about it, but that’s something to admire about SMG4, Mr Beast, Markiplier, Pewdiepie, and everyone else on this platform. They’ll push through everything negative to do what they love and make the content their viewers wanna see, they’ll continue to grow and with the videos they make, so will we
And it also hits me hard as i’ve started my own channel to and wanted to make videos as well. UA-cam has been a staple of my whole life growing up and every since I was a kid watching all kinds of things on my Ipad, i’ve always wanted to be a part of it. I’ve always wanted to be a part of the people that wanna create entertainment for the people out in the world, showing support to those in need through here, and get a lot of laughs through that experience. I know it won’t be the easiest journey with both the people disliking my things, and the amount of effort needed to become a succesful youtuber someday, but its not gonna stop me from doing what I love

*This was probably one of the most beautiful SMG4 movies I have ever seen. The animation is gorgeous, the characters felt so real, and the storyline was perfect. It’s so sweet seeing everyone banding together for this. And it really brought a smile to my face. And of course… Seeing Smg3 becoming more and more sweet towards SMG4 makes my heart melt. You guys really outdid yourselves this time and I look forward to seeing more in the future!*

I think more people should acknowledge the message this movie is bringing. It really showcases the struggles that any content creator goes through. The pressure and stress they are forced into, the high expectations, the amount of people seeing your move, and several other stuff. This movie’s *perfect* as it is, especially with it’s message and how it delivers it.

I'm pretty most content creators CHOOSE to make videos. no one is forcing them to. and don't even say the UA-cam algorithm because UA-camrs make money off of veiws that any of their videos get, so if they take a break from making content they'll still get paid. making videos is hard but most creators are not being forced to by anyone but themselves
This one hit home. A lot of people, myself included, feel the same way SMG4 did in the move. "It's gotta be perfect" "It's never good enough" all of those things I can say to myself on a daily basis because of things. But at the end of the day, nothing matters except living life how you want to live. Living a happy life full of friends and family making it the best that it possibly can be.

SMG3 sure deserves some more respect for not leaving SMG4, but instead saving his life.

Of course that is sad to see the Castle gone, but it's part of moving away from the amateur stuff that SMG4 did in his first years, to moving out to better softwares to make his videos, no more garry's mode, and no more depending on the Nintendo characters as a base.

This was simply incredible. It's so easy for content creators, or any artist for that matter, to slip into the mindset that they're only as good as what they give the world. When in reality, it's about the friends you make along the way. You're already perfect, and real friends won't let you forget it. I also love the character development SMG3 got. He has truly gone from being SMG4's enemy, to one of his best friends. This movie was the most disturbing, most hilarious, most heartfelt, and yes, his most perfect piece of art yet.

Even if SMG4 didn’t speak directly, some of those scenes clearly tell us how much pressure and effort it takes to make one good video that makes the viewers happy. I could already tell this one was not only unique for the story, but with the quality and animation. Just look how smooth and accurate they are! After watching this, I felt a little bit ashamed for taking each vid treating as nothing more but just another video to watch for the day and not appreciating as much as it needs to. I never thought how creative and awesome each video is and always unable to see its potential. I truly thank you SMG4 for making another enjoyable video, but make us think about you once again.
Last thing, I was really glad that you really enjoyed making this movie! Keep up the good work, but don’t forget to take a nice break after a long day! You know how worried we were back then and how we care about you!

In other word, old fans should move on because seriously, isn't pleasant when people complain on everything. That discourage the creator to keep doing and make more content. We cannot stay in the same Mario 64 bloopers or the "golden age" of something, forever without evolving, we need to move on. Nothing is perfect and it would never be. As an artist, I can wholeheartedly relate to the stress and disappointment that making something that “isn’t perfect” comes with. It’s hard, especially when you’ve been working on this part of your life for so long, and it seems as though it’s all for nothing since other people can do it better than you. This is probably my favourite SMG4 movie out of all because of how much it means to me, and also because of how well it was made. Even if your creations “aren’t perfect” to some people, me and all of your fans will be here. Because imperfections are what makes all of us strive to do better. It’s just when things take a toll on your health that it gets harder. But as long as you love what you do, you’ll be able to get through it and make even better things than before! If you think someone may be doing better than you at something you devote your time into perfecting, make that person your role model and someone you can look up to. Have a reason to keep doing what you love, whatever it is. Whether it’s because it makes you happy, if you want to make it a job or if you want to make people happy and inspire them, it’s a reason. Stick to it. That’s how I’m still here, that’s how I’m still able to draw. I have many people I look up to on the internet and in real life, and I made my channel because I want to inspire people and make them happy as well as share stories that I create. It’s not easy, especially when there are so many other talented people online, but it’s rewarding when you see people enjoying your content. A big part of this story is SMG4 showing that he is trying to make his channel perfect for us. Whether its going through many character redesigns, writing arcs, or just making memes. This video shows a bit of the seriousness of being a content creator, always having to worry about what other think of your content

It is insane how far this came, I still remember watching this back when they barely had 100,000 subscribers, and here they are, voice acting, 2 generations of custom models, whole ass story arcs, it's madness.

As an artist myself, this was pretty relatable. Making stuff for people and expecting people to like it is not easy. There will always be something wrong with whatever you post in the aftermath or people will always find a way to not be satisfied with your work. I think it was good that SMG4 covered this topic since it happens to almost everyone on this platform, where they are placed in high expectations and the thing that they love the most becomes a chore or it becomes stressful (like how SMG3 mentioned). It's like, you have to make sure everything you post is perfect so people are satisfied and you're working your soul to death just to get that satisfaction. It's not healthy when you push everyone away and focus on your work. Enough of that, I'm glad SMG4 has come a long way (from mainly SM64 to this) and I can't wait to see what the Glitch team has in store for us next!

I have stopped watching you for maybe around 2 years, and when I returned... I didn't expect something as good as it ended up being. Everything in this movie is perfect, but for me the best part has to be SMG3's development in this arc. 1 week was enough for him to understand what 4 has to go through every single day, and it definitely changed him. Especially the fact that he cares about SMG4 a lot more, actually regretting what happened in the past between them two. This is perfect, doesn't matter how you look at it. Biggest applause that I can give for all the hard work. The time spent on this was more than worth it. It's perfect, just as 4 wanted to make his video. Bravo.

The character designs and stories just keep getting better and better. The lore behind this series is so deep, intricate, and completely stupid at times, and that's exactly why I keep watching.

I gotta admit, the new designs were a bit jarring to me at first, but honestly, they’ve grown on me. I enjoyed the older smg4 videos, but I also enjoy the newer plot-based direction it’s been going in, they’re just different types of content to me, both enjoyable.
Yeah if so they have a tari redesign later on after this movie because im from the future also western spaghetti is out and WOTFI 2023 but the new redesigns are good but boopkins. His is bad I like the first redesign because it's perfect artwork. What the hell happened to the castle it just collapsed like a normal smg4 episode.

That was surprisingly well done! I enjoyed the story, characters, Anime-esque action and scenarios. Voice acting was well done too. I enjoyed the story that was serious, yet didn't always take itself too seriously. The new SMG Characters grew on me. especially seeing them fully animated. It's got a mix of the classic SMG4 silliness with more polish and detail.
