- The Palmetto State Armory Sabre 10 (M110 we have at home) in 6.5mm Creedmoor was a emotional rollercoaster to run. The Sabre 10 was able to reach out and accurately hit targets at 1000 yards, and still not work the best all in one day. Wild.

Admin assasin can't possibly eliminate all the talking balaclava variants.

He'll never get them all because the variants are ghosts haunting a fractured psyche

Everyone knows Oddjob was always the most dangerous. And even if your not up against a insurgency of albino “little people”, Clint S trains junk shots first anyhoo. So don’t you let these interweebs dull your shine, go get em tiger.
The gun is telling you your committing heresy for not getting a M110 clone in .308.
Mistakes were made, cool to have a 6.5 gun tho🤷🏻
Keep in mind barrel life with 6.5 is far less than .308. If you shoot it a ton it may go out earlier than expected. 6.5 is a very cool round.

I had the PSA Sabre Billet 308. I ran into the metal mag issue with the 308 as well. My rifle was also undergassed, so it only functioned with a suppressor. I contacted PSA about it, and advised them that I could perform the tasks in my machine shop if they would allow that. They had me polish the chamber, open up the gas port to 0.100" from .098" and send in pictures of all the components. In the end, the opening of the gas port completely solved the undergassed issue and it functions superbly. I am seeing about 1-1.25moa with 168 FGMM. I have taken this rifle out to 1100 with great results. Oh and the metal mags are now a dust collector as they sent me 3 FDE PMAGS which completely fixed the FTF issues I had. In summary, they were great to work with and the gun was sorted in a couple weeks. It has since shot hundreds of rounds with ZERO issues. I also have one of the first few rifles, so it is likely that many shipped now have adopted these changes as I gave all feedback to CS.
Thanks for doing that. Probably helped create a better rifle for a lot of people.
Damn, this is fucking rad to hear. I absolutely love PSA and will be picking up my first PSA piece shortly before christmas. Can't wait to get an M110 next year.
@markseavey6875 I’m glad to hear someone actually discuss what the issue was. Every video I’ve watched had bolt lock back issues and gas issues with a suppressor attached. I was thinking there’s obviously something wrong in the gas system to be causing all of these same issues. I was wondering if it was the adjustable gas block.
PSA is an oddly helpful company, and one that I’ve observed really feeds off of consumer feedback; that’s honestly awesome, I’m jealous you were able to have a hand in helping fine-tune this new rifle line with them
Nice, so if I buy PSA, I can have a quality rifle for a great price if I just have a machine shop and the skills to correct their products on my own? 😂
I love Admin because he is one of the only big channel guntubers who doesn't make us feel bad about the guns we can afford.

I must've been extremely fortunate when I got the first batch of the Sabre billet .308. It's been absolutely solid both suppressed and un-suppressed. Swapped the stock out to the Magpul PRS-Gen 3 and that's it. Top 2 for my favorite rifles that I own and I love having a rifle that I got to play with a bit in the military.
Well that's good unfortunately that's telling of inconsistent qc at the very least. Typical psa nonsense. They are capable of delivering rock solid rifles to be proud of but the fact they can't promise that's what falls in your hands sucks
Is it heavy unwieldy rifle? I got the PSA PA 10 gen 3 and I don't want something much heavier.
I actually think it is the 6.5 as an issue the 308 guns people seem not to have issues.

It seems like every review I’ve seen about the Saber M110 mentions something wrong with the gas on them.
You should run a USPSA match. But with purely goofball loadouts to flex on the mainstream
Precision versus accuracy. You've got decent groupings (precision), and when the firearm is properly zeroed, you can get accuracy.
This is something discussed in Kaery Dudenhofer's "Pistol Sniper" (aka: Extreme Pistol Precision) class.

Well done, Admin!
I have one in 6.5. It shoots great suppressed and has run 100% so far (dead air nomad 30). Group sizes have ranged from .75 to 1.5 with Hornady match average around an inch. S&b around 1.5-2. I have just used magpul mags. The only hiccup was the bolt shipped with improper staking, it was not even close to the fasteners. I only noticed after taking down to clean for the first time after ~80 rounds. PSA got back to me in a few days and sent a new bolt no questions asked. Great customer service. For a dumbass civilian like me it is a great rifle. Looks cool and shoots good. For the price it’s been a win.
Sure man, sure 😂
Got pics I can send you 😘 if you want to see. Just wanna share my experience. Could care less if it does good or bad. I don’t get emotionally attached to guns lol.
PSA has really been stepping up their game the last decade. They are putting out some great products at a reasonable price point
Now if only they would prioritize QC enough to stop selling so many improperly assembled products.
The only downside is shipping. Compared to other places (I'm looking to SMG Warehouse) they're ammo is cheaper, but after shipping its about even with others/slightly more expensive.
IF they can shave down shipping costs, they'll go from 9/10 to 10/10
Good review! Great discussion on Pros and Cons
Best into. I loved the acting, the camera movement just perfect
PSA makes a good product at a good price. Are they the nicest rifles you can get? No. Is my PSA FDE Gen 3 AK47 with the yellow banana mag absolute fire? Also no, but it's fun as hell to shoot and my wife still lets me live in the house rather than bunking with her boyfriend because I didn't have to spend a mortgage payment on it. Another solid effort from my third favorite ex-cop other than myself and Donut.
Edit: That being said, I don't know if I would buy any first generation PSA product. They are good, "eventually". The first round of AKs also had a lot of QC issues.
Once upon a time, I only had FPSRussia and Hickok45 to entertain me on youtube. Now there's Admin, Garand, Micah, and so many others. Such a great time to be alive.

Great video, hopefully the suppressor issue gets figured out. Appreciate the honesty.
Let’s see Paul Allen’s Sabre M110
If you're shooting to the side, you're probably not zeroed or the rifle might be canted, was canted when you zeroed, or you're not in a naturally straight position behind the rifle. When I account for those things, my groups get pretty good. However, I'm not an expert.
This is accurate
My $ is on his positioning...its been my go-to failure numerous times whenever I send more than one downrange.
@@AdministrativeResultsIf you did the same test but center-target w/ each cartidge, at 200 or 300yds...
It'll help exacerbate the issue IF its canted scope...bcuz it should create a 'trend line' (prob slanting from away from the X/Y lines of the + on target).
IF it doesn't (and you've double checked your stance)...
^^
THEN maybe a decent bubble-level on the scope...(showing the gun itself is close to vertically level)...as it'd
prob mean you're canting the gun slightly as you shoot: sometimes caused by ppl turning their wrist a little, sometimes by tilting your head to right a little (and then compensating unknowingly by lining the gun with your now angled head).
The alarmed “hubbity bubbity” made me gut laugh for about 2 minutes and I subscribed after. Well done

I'm a LEO in SE Texas and l carry a PSA suppressed MK18 MOD 0 clone-ish on duty for the last 7 years, no issues and it is very accurate with FRONTIER 75 grain BTHP.
That's a very underrated round, in my experience. I've achieved sub-MOA accuracy with it out of multiple rifles. There's no reason to pay for the more expensive flavors loaded with the same projectile if you can do that.
@@JR15A2 Yes, I use and carry the 75 grain FRONTIER BTHP for duty for the last 5 years very accurate and can't beat the price.

I LOVE PSA and own several of their products and will continue to purchase from them but they really need to hire either better builders and/or better QA people. Sometimes I think PSA uses the public as beta testers haha! At least they fix the issues and improve their designs, though. That makes them pretty rad.
Still waiting for that "SVD at home" too...
In PSA's defense, Sig absolutely does all of that while doing a worse job at fixing things and charging you twice as much in the first place.
I think it is a combination of issues.
Likely the pace of production and volume of sales puts a lot of stress on the workforce.
They also probably have poorly payed, poorly trained, burnt out, uninterested, unmotivated, lazy, stupid employees.
Most places in America have their share of all of these kinds of people. They largely can't fix it because nobody is willing to pay a living wage to do a job. Which means the quality of people they can attract and retain tends to be much lower than it should be.
And looping back to the first issue, not enough people tasked with checking to make sure things are done right and enough time to check said things before they go out the door.
Every company has issues. PSA just has more of them than many others. Likely directly attributable to their sales numbers.
PSA Pizza!?!?
Gotta pick up a box of that Winchester "dear" season. Great video! I love the chaos!
I was a Guardian Angel in the Marine Corps for a few years and the M110 was gassy as hell and didn’t have a forward assist, so reloading in sandy or muddy conditions sucked. We were also told to bore snake the barrel twice for every shot we made that day, so cleaning it was also a ridiculous chore. Even though there are negatives, the memories I have behind that rifle and all the good times I had, it’s one of my favorite weapon systems. I’ve been trying to build a civilian version for quite a while.
